This was a perfect beach vacation rental! Everything on this property is clean, beautiful, in good working order, convenient, and well thought out. There were charging stations everywhere. Having the beach towels, toys, and all equipment made it so easy. When they say it's a quick walk to the beach-this is true. We always stay beach front, but we have NEVER had a walk to the beach this easy before. The sand was hard packed and easy to navigate with children and wagon in tow. Having the freedom of setting up and tearing down (which is simple with just a few chairs/wagon) when we wanted to, was a huge plus! The beach was never crowded, the water was clear, clean, and my grandchildren swam more in the saltwater this year, than they ever have. They actually had a manatee swim right by them!! TRUE STORY! You just can't beat the pool and the back yard setting is stunning! We grilled out and had dinner poolside. And safety: they have alarms on the doors, so you will know if anyone opens them, (this can be optional) There are night lights, inside and out. They have a key code system, so you won't lock yourself out. All the beds are comfy, good water pressure in all the baths, lots of soap, towels and TP. The location is perfect, in the center of everything, but way less crowds, and the free trolley picks you up right out front. We had a minor issue with a breaker/fuse, and the owner responded immediately. And he was appreciative that we contacted him. We definitely will return!

The house was great! Modern, clean, and less than 100 steps to the beach. My wife, kids, and I even watched NBA playoffs at night in the pool. There was so much to do on the island - fun restaurants, beautiful beaches, and lots of fishing. Mark was an excellent host, super responsive. The check- in process was easy and everything in the house worked as promised. We'll definitely be back to Mark's place in Holmes Beach.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation here. The home was located in a wonderful spot and was very close to the beach. It included everything we needed including everything we needed to go to the beach. I home was beautifully decorated and everything worked great. The communication with the owner was first rate. I would highly recommend this home and will hopefully be staying here again in the future. Definitely a 5 star experience!!

Great vacation home! We enjoyed our stay here for the close proximity to great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. You can also get around via golf cart or trolley though we found the trolley app a bit hard to use. The house itself is beautiful and furnished with all you need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beach towels. The pool is nice especially since we had a rainy morning and were able to swim as most of it is covered. We will be back!

Amazing beach house We had an excellent weekend stay at the beach house it was everything as described in the listing. The beach is literally steps away from the back entrance the pool was very nice and heated everything was clean the amenities were modern and we had a really nice time. The owner Mark was very attentive and responded to us right away check in process was easy and I would very highly recommend this beach house. Thanks!

This place is great!! This home is just beautiful! Everything is new and so tastefully done! Super comfortable and so close to the beach. Owners are very responsive and take great pride in their property! We totally loved staying here and look forward to returning. Lots of chairs, beach wagon and umbrellas! A Perfect Experience A Every aspect of our stay was perfect from booking through to departure. It is so nice to stay at properties owned by people that truly want their guests to feel at home. Just the right mix of beach, classy and comfortable. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip to the Bradenton/ Anna Maria area.
