Across the street from the Beach, restaurants, free wifi.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had easily accessible parking, clean & comfortable accommodations, an amazing view of the beach from the balcony, all needed utensils to use the kitchen & grill, a ping pong table as well as accessories to make beach time more relaxing. Parvenah was an amazing host. Communication was great and she is so nice. Very highly recommended. I noticed some mentioned the traffic out front. It is busy, but it is not distracting. However, if you prefer more quiet, there is a balcony and yard in back that is calmer and has more breeze.

Great space and location able to walk to everything. Place was clean and fully stocked. Hosts were responsive when we had trouble getting our streaming services and helped us resolve issue.

The host was great…the place is well decorated and plenty of space. We cut our stay short because there was too many steps to climb. If we were going to stay for a week we could have lasted but we were supposed to be there for four weeks…too long of a time knowing we had a climb…our host did ask if we wanted to move one level down but again it was too much for us to handle.

Access to beach was easily across the street. Great view from the balcony. The beach house was clean and supplied well, in addition to beach chairs and cart. Host was very responsive. We had a great stay.

The space was fabulous, kitchen well equipped and host was terrific!!

Everything was nice and clean. Lots of condiments in the kitchen including coffee. Plenty of beach towels. Laundry detergent was nice. Communication with host was excellent. Only negatives are that the street in front is hard to cross because of complete nonstop traffic all day. And a keyless entry would be nice since you have to use 2 separate keys to enter and exit each time you come or go. Just very minor inconveniences. Great sunset views from the balcony. Thankyou.

Our stay in Holmes Beach was amazing the house was in a perfect spot for the beach. The host was very accommodating, the house is fully stocked and the second floor is a great place to see the sun set

AMI Newbies Excellent location directly across from the beach, and it is nice that a wagon and umbrellas are provided. We used the balcony in the mornings and at night, some beautiful ocean views. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). Only cons: kitchen utensils (such as pots/pans and spatulas/other smaller kitchen items) could use an upgrade, as could the bathrooms; AC unit is new but seems to be too small to keep up with the large floor plan on very hot days. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here!
