Great location-beach block on Holmes Beach Bathroom sink very small Beach chairs and towels had to be delivered from sister property Bikes also available from other property Overall nice property I would definitely return

The room was well done. It was just small. The bathroom is super small. The sitting room is small, but whoever designed the room thought about the space and made the most of the sq ft. The quality of the finishes were very good. It isn’t right on the beach like we expected, check-in is off-site but the room was nice if you don’t mind small. The price was high but I think that is because of the island.

The room was clean and as advertised. The parking and check-in was very easy and made for a stress free arrival. The bathroom we knew would be small, and it sure is. The king suite was plenty of room for us

This hotel was in the perfect location on the island. Parking was great and the beach was just down the road. The bathroom was super tiny but everything was beautifully updated and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The heated pool was awesome and clean. The hotel provided beach towels but we were disappointed that beach chairs were not provided. We loved this pick and we will definitely return.

When we got to Haley’s our efficiency reeked of smoke. We went back to reception and explained to the nice person there, we could not stay I. That room. Lucky for us they had another property in Holmes Beach, up in the residential area behind Hurricane Hanks. That set of efficiencies was AWESOME! I would pick there over Haley’s any time. Driftwood Efficiency/ go there!

Should have a clock. Need at least a power ***** with USB outlets (existing power ***** did not have them). Had to run water a long time to get it hot. Could not get TV volume up past 25.

Room HVAC was very ineffective, too cold or too hot. Bath rooms was tiny, showers were luke warm at best. Toilet handle broke. TV volume would pause and samsung logo kept circling like it was loadingnonstop. Called front desk after the 1st night, they claimed it was fixed it was not dealt with poor reception for 4 nights. Cleaned ok but forgot to replace towels 3rd day had to call to have those brought to us. Last day coffee machine didn't work due K cups not being emptied in th eholding area and flooded the tray machime was sitting in. Also coffee maker only made half cups, had to use two kcups to make each coffee.

I was told (via text) I could get into the room by 2pm, planned my day around that then not let in. I was also told I couldn’t relax at the pool or beach area at check in until my room was ready. The pool by my room was not heated, therefore, not usable. Customer service was horrific! Will not go back!

Great location, super friendly staff, and were more than happy to put a bottle of champagne in our room before arrival!
