Adults Only Family Vacation
The view from this condo is beautiful. We enjoyed the lanai everyday. The table on the lanai was perfect for our family meals and we enjoyed the lounge chairs for reading and visiting while watching the surf. We cooked every day. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans and dishes. The condo layout is efficient and comfortable. The condo location is also extremely convenient and it was helpful to have a parking space included with the condo. Our host was very available and assisted very quickly with the couple of items we needed assistance with. It is an understatement that our host was outstanding! If we return to this area, we will seek out this same condo. It was perfect for our vacation!.

Well appointed condo overlooking the ocean
Beautifully decorated unit. Serene colors of dark sturdy wood against cream and sea blue. Spacious rooms and lanai. Fans, air-conditioning as needed and large screened patio. Large sliding doors onto the lanai with an unobstructed view of the ocean. A selection of books on Hawaii, DVD's. Full sized washer and dryer. Soft, thick white towels. Well equipped kitchen s facocean.

Great property. South of Kona town proper. Building is a little tired. Owners have done a great job with the unit.

Everything we wanted or needed
The condo was everything the pictures and description represented: stunning views, clean and comfortable, and nicely appointed. We watched turtles in the tide-pools, and beautiful sunsets at night. The building itself is older, but well maintained. Location was great, just a couple of miles from the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. Parking was easy, and the Poke Shack that adjoins the property was a nice treat! Courtney and Lee were phenomenal hosts, and their communication was excellent. We had one minor issue with a ceiling fan, and they had it fixed right away. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Big Island Adventure
The lanai overlooking the ocean was magnificent. Well equipped unit that provided a convenient launching point to many parts of the island.

Perfection!
Spectacular location and view! Sea turtles in the bay below! Quiet!! Some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen.Accommodations were beyond what was expected. Every kitchen utensil you would need, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. We left the doors open most of the time and only used the AC at bedtime. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Minutes from downtown Kona. If you have any questions the landlords get back to you in a timely manner. Sad to leave, but looking forward to coming again in the future.

Space is AMAZING
Apartment is right on the water. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean.
Unit was exactly as described, perfectly clean, easy to reach, plenty of parking and just fantastic.

True Ocean Front Lodging
This Condo was above and beyond expectations! Updated, very clean, nicely appointed, and well stocked! Truly Oceanfront with turtle viewing from the Lanai!
Lee and Courtney lived up to being Superhosts. They were very prompt with clear communications and very helpful and friendly.
We look forward with staying with them in future!
