"從“道境別院山居酒店”“換”過來的這家，驚喜意外的好。有以下幾點： 1.比“道境別院山居酒店”的前台服務要“正常許多”，前台小姐姐不頂撞堵塞客人的話了，講話內容更舒心了。 2.比“道境別院山居酒店”前台小姐姐做人誠實，不會滿嘴謊話。明明訂單頁面寫了接駁車可接送，但這個前台美女説停車場到酒店的路上在施工，車子無法通過呢～後經酒店另一善良大哥證實，車子是可接送客人的呢。 2.比“道境別院山居酒店”的房間要寬敞，屋內空氣要清新。雖然沒有“道境別院山居酒店”裝修貴，（據道境別院山居前台美女説他們家裝修花了7000多萬呢，標價200多的房間給我們老百姓住真的是性價比超高咯，我內心os：感恩戴德） 3.最後提一下，“道境別院山居酒店”的幫拿行李的大哥真的超熱心，可惜被你們家前台美女打斷了入住的緣分，抱拳！"

"第二次到小浪底，無意中搜到這個酒店，到的時候晚上，覺得院子很規整，房間裝修很不錯，設備設施很齊全，品味很好，很喜歡，就是房間特別熱，空調吹了一夜也不涼，衹好開着紗窗門，後半夜温度就很舒服了。洗漱用品很好，熱水也很好，整體很喜歡。就是沒早餐…不過工作人員解釋了其實是有贈送的，但是沒通知到我，可惜了，服務態度還是很好的，我買的西瓜都給我切好了，很貼心！順便提下院子中間池塘的下鴨子，不怕人，很可愛～～"
