We keep a rotation of streaming services which may include Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Paramount, Apple TV, Prime or Peacock. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips and cotton balls. Kitchen has everything you should need to create wonderful meals. We have K-cups and ground coffee to use in the insulated French press. There is a security guard who patrols at night. The lovely pool is located just across from the covered parking spaces and we provide a pool bag complete with beach towels for your use. For all stays longer than 3 weeks, we provide a routine cleaning (not laundry) at no charge to guests. Please note that this cleaning does not cover excessively dirty units.Nearby you will find a large variety of grocery stores and pharmacies for easy shopping. The museum district, Rice University with its shopping and restaurants and Hermann Park are all just a couple of miles away.
