This cozy White Mountain condo features two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open living concept. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking Loon Mountain or cozy up on the sectional couch and read a book. Right across the Kanc from the base of Loon Mountain and minutes to endless restaurants, wineries, breweries, and all sorts of local attractions. Summer or winter, whenever you find yourself in Lincoln for, this place has it all for you!As you enter the condo, you will have plenty of space to toss off your shoes and head up a few steps to the open concept living and dining room/kitchen and back deck facing the mountain. The living room has a gas fireplace, 55" Roku Smart TV and cozy couches. The dining room has seating for 6 as well. Downstairs brings you to the primary bedroom with a king bed (room is equipped with a 32” Roku Smart TV) and full bath, which has its own private deck attached as well. Laundry is also located downstairs. The second bedroom is located upstairs in a renovated (nearly enclosed) loft, there will be a twin bunk bed and queen bed, perfect for the kids or family!**Please note, the top bunk has a weight capacity of 175 lbs. **This condo also has access to the health club in the Village of Loon, which provides two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (three outside), sauna, exercise room and tennis court access. There is also a shuttle to Loon Mountain during the winter season on weekends and holidays.Each room is equipped with NEW high power, energy efficient mini split AC/Heat units for your comfort.Please note, this condo is a split level, there are stairs to enter the condo and navigate throughout. Our Welcome Guest Handbook provided in the unit will have all the info you’ll need to have a 5-star stay!The spaceThe condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and walk-out balcony. The master bedroom features a King size bed, wall mounted flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, en suite full bathroom, and access to the balcony. You can find a new Queen Serta air mattress stored in the master walk-in closet as well for extra sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, Twin over Twin bunk beds, wall mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and access to the main bathroom. Both bathrooms are supplied with shower and hand towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The newly-furnished living room is super cozy and comfortable and features a sofa and loveseat set, wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart TV, gas fireplace, AC unit, and access to the balcony. The dining room offers seating for 6 guests with additional seating for 3 at the eat-in kitchen bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc., toaster oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Other things to note:Free WiFi is available in the unit. Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. The TVs all have cable and you can log into your personal accounts like Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the Smart TV in the living room (just remember to sign out before check-out!). We provide extra towels for guests that can be used for the pool. There are some board games located in the TV stand. Detergent and dryer sheets are not supplied for the on-site laundry. The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay and new linens and towels are provided. Upon request, we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins so long as the unit is ready.*We are open to long-term stays for the winter season, inquire if interested (discounts available)! During the winter, you have the trails at one of NH's most popular ski mountains....LOON MOUNTAIN. And during the spring and fall months, you're right at the entrance to the scenic Kancamaugus Highway. You'll be in the middle of it all at the Lodge at Lincoln Station!The space:The condo offers 1 bathroom, a kitchen, dining space and a living room with a queen size pullout couch. There is a nice deck with seating to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. Upstairs you will find a queen size bed with twin bunks. We try to stock the condo with everything you may need; bedding, towels, shampoo, bodywash, dishware, pots and pans, spices and even some fun games! The Lodge has some great amenities also; indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, pool table, a great room with a cozy fireplace and coin operated laundry!Other things to note:You will get a fob to access the space and amenities. The fob will be in a lock box outside the Remax office on Main Street. I will provide you a code to access upon arrival and a code to access upon departure.
