Very large clean rooms in a stately home near to Williamstown SLSC beach on the Altona Bay side. Great choice if your prefer style, calm and beach to TV, shops and hububb. Tasteful period furnishings and well maintained gardens. Very quiet and well run operation. Staff friendly and helpful.

Мне очень понравилась сама локация, коттеджный поселок, очень красивый район-уютный, невероятно чистый, весь в цветах, очень приятно находится и любоваться ухоженными ландшафтами и красивыми домами. Мне досталась комната 2, такая уютная, просто и уютно, с большими панорамными окнами во двор, пользовалась душевой и естественно туалетом, все чисто и комфортно, кухней и другими комнатами не пользовалась. Несмотря на то, что были соседи, было тихо и спокойно. Когда я прибыла, то меня ждал презент в виде кофе и печенья, европейская зарядка -это вроде мелочи, но, они как раз и имеют вводное значение, я почувствовала заботу и неравнодушие хозяйки. Вообщем, я так и хотела, иметь опыт проживания в доме в Австралии. До центра мне показалось далековато, так как нужно было ожидать автобус до электрички, который ходит по расписанию. Но, соседи, парковали машины и это конечно, удобно. И еще, я попала в праздник, когда 2 дня все отдыхали, то автобусы ходили очень редко. Можно использовать такси и машину и тогда Вы получите быстрый доступ к центру Мальберна и отличный отдых в прекрасном доме и окружающей обстановкой. Спасибо Амелии за уют.

The courtyard environment is quite nice, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. However, the room was a bit small, and the family room felt cramped. The front desk hours are short, so if you check in late, there are no other services available.

Shops and public transport within very short walking distance. Park is very clean. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for short and long stays 😊

Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 children. Check-in was quick and smooth, with a complimentary litre of milk. Pool and spa quite spacious - spa was perfect temperature. There's an outdoor playground as well as an indoor playground, table tennis, giant chess, giant connect 4, kids TV area, outdoor cinema, adults TV area and gym. Amenities, laundry, and camp kitchen were all clean as easily accessible. There's a Woolworths just down the road.

Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.

The house accommodated us like home. All facilities like kitchen, heater, restroom are all convenience. Location just near the Coles supermarket

The owner is friendly and above all, the location is good.

If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is a good choice with a good location (West Richmond Station) but limited facilities. Free coffee and tea are also provided, food with 10AUD, a towel is provided, but no body care (shampoo, toothbrush, etc) is provided. Lastly, good service also provided.
