This family run homestay is the most magnificent one I’ve ever stayed in. From the luxurious room (including a fancy bidet, remote controlled curtains, mountain view, comfy bed and pillows), to the second to none customer service, this has been a highlight of my trip! It is located in a charming neighborhood as well. I enjoyed strolling around the streets. There were sweet ladies right outside selling a bag of apricots for 10 yuan (of which each and everyone I ate was delicious!). There is a language barrier, however, so long as you have WeChat, the owner will add you as a friend and the messaging platform automatically translates each other‘s messages, which made communication very doable. Breakfast is 10 yuan and there are plenty of very affordable options to choose from for dinner. All staff are very gracious, free transportation to the airport and Huashan mountain (you can purchase tickets via the owner and she will provide QR codes for the cable cars, although staff at the visitor center may not know, as was in my case, that they need to manually input your passport number into the machine to find your digital ticket as there is no QR code for the park entry ticket, just your passport). If you want to stay somewhere right near Mount Huashan, you can’t find a better deal. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

This place was great - it's close to Huashan, the food was good (great) and the family that runs it is very sweet and very helpful. If you don't speak Chinese they are great at translating for you. Also, they will take you wherever you need to go which isn't common elsewhere. They are concerned with your well-being for sure, and my friend had a problem with food poisoning and they were very helpful and supportive even though we had to extend by a couple days. Overall a great experience and I hope to be back!

This stay in Huashan was perfect! The B&B is quiet and elegant, surrounded by green trees. When you open the window, you can see the mountains and the sound of birds singing in the early morning, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. The B&B is in an excellent location, very close to the North Peak trail entrance, which saves a lot of time and energy and provides great convenience for the mountain climbing trip. The boss and his family are warm and hospitable, and they are meticulous in everything from front desk reception to room service. They not only inform you of climbing precautions in advance and share the best viewing routes, but also thoughtfully prepare climbing supplies. The room is warmly decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, and there aren't a lot of bugs just because it's at the foot of the mountain. Both the hardware conditions and service quality are impeccable, and it is highly recommended to every friend who comes to Huashan! Little Huashan, take it! (North up and North down)

It was my first time to stay in a famous hotel. With just one phone call, the proprietress showed up to pick us up at the high-speed rail station and introduced us all the way. When we arrived, we found that it was really at the foot of Huashan Mountain, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was sweet.
I got up not too early in the morning, wrapped myself in my coat, and walked around in the slightly wintery atmosphere. Huashan Mountain was shrouded in mist, the branches were full of persimmons, and the kitchen had a strong smell of meat. It was great to live here!
Thanks to the boss for allowing me to eat such delicious persimmons (taught me to take off the lid, wipe it with my hands, and suck it, it’s so sweet! The important thing is that I don’t need to wash it~.~)

This is the first time I seriously evaluate a hotel!!! I didn't get a double bed room, so I booked a twin bed. There is a stadium outside the window, with a good view. The whole house is smart, which makes me suspect that the boss is a second-generation entrepreneur. Although I don't like smart curtains, the boss's service is also very good. If there is a problem with the kettle, he will immediately replace it with a new one and send two bottles of water. It's the first time I enjoy the treatment of a beautiful woman driving an Audi to pick me up at the station. The next day, I decided to go hiking. Another guy drove to the tourist center and parked on the side of the road to wait for me to buy breakfast. Seeing that I bought dry food, he reminded me to buy some soy milk or something. I am so grateful, so I bought a cup to thank him haha. The hotel can buy tickets on behalf of others, but they just put a sign there, not pushing it hard, very friendly and comfortable. On the way to the tourist center, they also reminded me of other precautions. A happy, satisfactory and lucky stay experience! !! The hygiene is clean and tidy, the service is in place, and it is close to the tourist center and the city. Everything is great! I wish the boss a prosperous business, keep it up, and I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

During this trip to Xi'an, even the children evaluated this as the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The beautiful view of Huashan outside the window, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, let me enjoy it in bed. Although the name is a homestay, it is cleaner than many star hotels! I like this very much, because I am also a bit clean. The house is very new and the boss is warm and thoughtful! The recommended food is really good! If I climb Huashan again in the future, I will definitely stay again.

Shanshui Tianyuan is a homestay near Huashan Visitor Center! There is a large courtyard here, not far from the Visitor Center. It can pick up and drop off Huashan Station, Huashan North Station, and Huashan Visitor Center. It is a newly renovated homestay that has not been long. The room facilities are very new, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The room facilities and sanitary products are comparable to those of a fast hotel. There are hot water, disposable toilet mats, hair dryers, etc. The bedding is also relatively comfortable and clean. The decoration feels like a fast hotel model, with a terrace and clothes hangers! The washbasin is convenient and comfortable, clean and hygienic, with a moderate area and very spacious. In short, it is a good homestay. The three meals a day, the store's dishes are well fried and the taste is very light. On the first day, the boss recommended the West Up and North Down! Because we forgot the time while playing in Shanshui, it was already 6:30 pm when we arrived at the visitor center, and it was 6:53 pm. We almost missed the bus. We communicated with the boss in advance on WeChat on the bus and asked the driver to take our luggage stored in the store and wait for us at the exit. We arrived at the high-speed rail station about 12 minutes after exiting the station. The train was 10 minutes late, and we waited less than two minutes for ticket checking, so we did not miss the bus. Thank you very much, this is a wonderful travel experience, and it is the wonderful feeling that Shanshui Tianyuan B&B brought us, and we want to pass it on.

出來玩住宿最滿意的一回，當天入住的時候小孩還開玩笑講，這是他住過最好的酒店了，問我是不是花了很多錢訂的，小孩就喜歡大電視機，還有游泳池，老闆免費接送車站、送景點，酒店裡景區和車站都非常近，都是十分鐘之內的車程，老闆自己做飯吃，非常乾淨，我就帶着小孩子，早飯和晚餐都是在酒店吃的，網上都説華山很難爬都是台階，分北、中、東、南、西峯，我們以為爬不了太遠，早上七點上山，去了北、中、南、西峯用了十個小時，下山覺得自己太了不起啦，老闆娘從山下接回來吃了晚飯，從晚上八點多睡到早上八點，睡得很好，老闆都非常熱情細心

GGuest UserThe hotel is just a stone's throw away from the bus drop off from the north entrance (1st stop). The owners are super friendly and helpful. They helped to get the tickets to Huashan and also provide pickup/dropoff from the train station and the entrance to the mountains. He even dropped me to the hot spring location free of charge. The view from the room is superb!
When I arrived in Xi'an, I noticed that my laptop's cable was missing. I wasn't very sure if I left it at the property, but I contacted them via wechat anyway. He got back to me almost immediately and told me he will courier to me at my hotel in Xi'an. It was a Sunday night and i got it the next day afternoon. He didn't even ask me to pay for the courier fee! I am eternally grateful for his prompt service as I wouldn't be able to access my laptop otherwise.

GGuest UserI traveled alone and made an appointment with the boss in advance to arrive at Huashan Station. The boss came to pick me up at the station. After arriving at the inn, the boss said he could help book tickets. The room was spacious and I slept very well. The next day, I left the luggage I didn't need to bring at the inn. The boss helped to store it and also sent me to the North Peak Cableway. After climbing the mountain, some of the luggage was too heavy, so the boss helped me mail it to my home. The boss and his wife are so nice, how can they not make a fortune like this? You can go with confidence, the boss is so enthusiastic, and will solve all your problems when climbing Huashan~

GGuest UserWe took the high-speed rail from Jingzhou, Hubei to the hotel where we stayed on the first night in Huashan, preparing to climb Huashan the next morning.
The hotel is very close to Yuquanyuan, the starting point of the hiking trip, about a five-minute walk away.
The shop owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the precautions for mountain climbing and told me where to have a cheap breakfast.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated close to the hiking route of Huashan, though a bit farther from the city center. The area itself is very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Mr. Xiao was especially helpful, he assisted me in purchasing hiking tickets and even offered transportation between the hotel, the train station, and the hiking area, which made everything so much easier.
The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding. I felt so comfortable that I even decided to extend my stay.
The breakfast was excellent and the overall authenticity and quality of service were rare to find.
I was truly happy to stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

I forgot to take a photo of the room. This B&B I booked when I went to Huashan is in a village. There are no small shops around, but you can order takeout. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, and the boss drove to pick me up.
There weren't many shops left when I ordered takeout, so I suggest you eat first before coming back.
The next day, the boss drove us to the tourist center and we could store our luggage for free!
I went north and west and stayed in the mountains for a day. The next day when I came back to pick up my luggage, the boss even sent me to the high-speed train 😭 He was such a nice guy! ! ! ! !

GGuest UserThe room was nice, the view of the mountain from my window was fantastic, and the people running the hotel are very lovely! Unfortunately the day before I arrived, Huashan was closed due to blizzard conditions. The night before Huashan opened again, the owner came to tell me that it would and even helped me plan my hiking route. She also gave me a pair of hiking gloves and let me borrow a trekking pole! She also offered me a hairdryer when I came downstairs with wet hair, and helped my put the New Years Gala on my tv. I was leaving on CNY, so it was very hard to get a taxi to the train station, but the owner managed to help me and find me one.

I am very satisfied with the location of the B&B. You can enter the Yuquanyuan Scenic Area within a three- to four-minute walk, and the trailhead is right up there. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. We stayed in a family room, and the service was great. We felt like we were friends. The supporting facilities in the store are complete, and the location of the B&B is very suitable for travel. I am very satisfied. The price is also very economical. Maybe it is because living here makes the trip worthwhile. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again when I come to Huashan in the future.

GGuest User This homestay experience is simply full! The details can feel the boss's intentions everywhere, parking is very convenient or free, and the bed is particularly comfortable to sleep. The location is excellent, the surrounding attractions and food can be reached on foot, and the travel is super convenient. The boss is warm and hospitable, not only patiently recommending play guides, but also intimately picks his cucumber to eat, as comfortable as living in a friend's house, and stay here next time!
