It was difficult to find, basically it’s a door between two stores and there’s no reception. You need to add their wechat, and ask for the main door password, then you take the elevator up and open the door with the password on the electric key lock. The place is new and modern, it had a washing machine and a fridge too. Please note that towels not provided, only a one time use thin towel in a plastic bag. The price is really good, so definitely recommend it.

I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. The first thing to say is that the location of the homestay is excellent. It can be reached in 15 minutes on foot to watch the sunrise and sunset. You can also find the proprietress to borrow a small eDonkey. It is more interesting to walk through the small village on foot. In addition, although the homestay is on the beach, it is very clean. There is no tide quilt like the average seaside homestay, and it is more comfortable to sleep. The proprietress is a person who can live very well at first glance. The details of the homestay are beautiful and attentive. The boss and the proprietress are very talkative, and they have a good tea for the proprietress at night, and chat from the world to the north. Encountering interesting souls is also the meaning of travel. The various attractions in Xiapu are a little separated, and the proprietress enthusiastically recommended Master Zheng, who chartered the car. Master Zheng worked as a driver and tour guide all the way, and also helped take beautiful photos. Finally, he took us to pick the big dumplings on his own tree.

The most cost-effective homestay, with two children to upgrade to the invincible sea view room for free, there are gifts for check-in and check-out. Lying on the bed and seeing the rainbow 🌈, very good memories, I will recommend it to my friends next time, I will stay here by myself.
Facilities: The facilities in the house are very new, air purifiers, smart toilets, etc.
Hygienic: It is really very clean

We are driving by ourselves and will arrange a special parking space. If we want to watch the sunrise, we will arrange for someone to guide us. The distance is very close. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. GGuest UserThe boss and the wife were very enthusiastic and helped us plan a reasonable itinerary, so that my father saw the perfect sunrise smoothly. The meat buns for breakfast are handmade and taste great! We stayed for two consecutive days and were very comfortable. There is nothing to eat nearby, maybe it is because of the New Year. Xiapu is so beautiful, I want to go again in summer.

Although the weather was bad when we went there and we didn’t see the sunrise, the enthusiasm of the hotel waiters and the comfortable atmosphere made the trip worthwhile.

Advantages:
1. The young man and the girl have very good service, enthusiasm, gentle attitude and quick response to needs.
2. The location is very good. If you drive, you can park at the entrance of the village. If you live on the mountain, there is a traffic jam every day, not only delaying time, but also testing the car skills. Novices must pay attention to it, it is all steep slopes up the mountain.
3. The room is nice and big. As a picky guest, I think the bathroom is also very clean.
Disadvantages:
1. Breakfast is basically cold at 7 o'clock, the quality is really bad, there are leftovers overnight. Play 2 points, you can say fill your stomach. And at peak dining, the restaurant is not enough to sit. Wait.
2. I stayed for three days. I went to the toilet for two days and found that there was no paper in the bathroom. Is toilet paper so expensive? Each room is equipped with a circle of paper less than one centimetre. Who went to the toilet to see if the paper was enough, it was like this for two days. Special bonfire.
3. The room was very poorly soundproofed. Basically I didn't sleep well. Someone sat at the door of my room smoking and chatting (I don't know why I put two chairs at the door of the room) until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. It's easy to stop chatting, air conditioning, upstairs pool. In short, all kinds of strange sounds.
Summary: Win in service and location. Food and beverage and hotel environmental management need to be improved.

GGuest UserA quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient.
The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).
