Overall, it's worth 4.5 stars. **Ambiance:** This is the biggest highlight of the property. 👍🏻 The sea view is fantastic; sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery is amazing. There's a supermarket nearby that sells fresh produce, about a 500-800 meter walk. While not far, it's not exactly close in the scorching heat. Luckily, delivery services can bring groceries within half an hour. There's also a convenience store in the complex that sells fresh coconuts, which takes care of daily hydration needs. **Cleanliness:** Generally very good. The bedding is clean, odorless, and comfortable. The only two minor issues were quite a few ants around the kitchen sink. Although small and not disgusting, they were annoying. Also, the washing machine didn't come with disinfectant, which was a slight turn-off. **Facilities:** Quite complete, especially the kitchenware, which is very comprehensive, even including knives and forks. However, condiments need to be purchased separately. Two out of the three bedrooms are excellent, easily accommodating two people each. One room is a bit small, and two people might find it a bit cramped. So, overall, I'd say it's perfectly comfortable for five people, and okay for six to seven. There's also a set of sand-digging tools for kids, which is a thoughtful touch. **Service:** Pretty much non-existent. There was only one pack of tissues in the whole place, and no mid-stay services like delivering more tissues or changing towels. However, we only stayed for two or three days, so it was sufficient. But if you have expectations for these services, remember to communicate with the host in advance.

As a native Hainanese now living in Shenzhen, whenever I visit Sanya with my child, I prefer to avoid crowded, large hotels. That's why I specifically chose Wutong Jiuli. The B&B is located in Tianya Town, offering a peaceful retreat amidst local life, away from the hustle and bustle of tour groups. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, perfect for evening strolls with the kids to watch the sunset. Dining and shopping options nearby are also very convenient. We stayed in a sea-view room, and pulling back the curtains revealed an expansive ocean vista. The room was simple, clean, and meticulously maintained. The bedding was soft, ensuring my child slept soundly, which made our family stay very reassuring. The housekeeper handled check-in efficiently and was quick to respond to any issues. They also thoughtfully recommended reliable local seafood restaurants and lesser-known spots for kids, helping us avoid common tourist traps. Overall, the environment is quiet and ideal for a relaxed family vacation with children. I'd highly recommend it to families who prefer to avoid crowded places. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sanya.

The B&B's location is excellent, right in front of Queen's Bay. The hotel next door had beach concerts and even fireworks in the evenings, but they finished early so it didn't disturb our sleep. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained, and the room was spotless with all the necessary amenities. The host was very welcoming, helping us with our luggage up and down the stairs, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. There's a pool in the small courtyard, which is quite deep, and the kids had a blast in it, making great progress with their swimming. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

The environment is very good. My family is very satisfied. The room is large and clean. The community environment is also very good. It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient. The living facilities in the room are complete and suitable for living. There is a swimming pool outside the house. The scenery is very good. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. It is very comfortable to live~

The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with a panoramic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The projector in the room made for a very comfortable evening watching shows. The hot water supply was stable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The staff were warm and attentive, even recommending authentic local eateries in the town. It was a very relaxing stay for a vacation.

The location was good, and everything else was fine. The only inconvenience was having to wait for someone from the guesthouse to guide us to our room. However, a really disappointing experience was discovering the price discrepancy. I booked on May 12th for 240 a night, but on May 22nd, the day of check-in, I saw the price had dropped to 187 a night. That 60 difference felt like a total rip-off, and to make matters worse, I couldn't even cancel the booking!

I did a staycation solo for one night, I throughly enjoyed my stay it was nice and peaceful not too many people. The hotel looked exactly like it is on the pictures I saw before booking it. The front desk ladies are friendly and welcoming, one lady even speaks English which is convenient if you can’t speak Chinese. It’s right in the village, perfect location not too far from the beach either a 10 minute ride. My booking came with a free photoshoot which was really nice, went for a run in the morning past the lake super refreshing. I highly recommend the place.

Excellent location of the hotel! First coastline. View from the balcony directly to the sea. On the balcony it is very convenient to have tea/coffee, eat fruit and make salads, in short - it is a kind of living room in the open air with a view of the sea, palm trees and sand. You leave the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach. This is captivating) Please note that the reception in this house is on the 4th (fourth) floor, not on the 1st. For us this was new. By the way, only Chinese live in the hotel, we were the only Russians. And we really liked it. No one bothered anyone with conversations and other alleged socialization. But we were able to immerse ourselves as much as possible in the life and leisure of the Chinese. This was also captivating. The house itself is not new and the interior inside is not very modern, but everything works, everything is clean. The room was small, although the website says 25 sq.m. - this is not true)) But the bed is really big, because The Chinese consider a double bed to be 1.5 m wide - for us, this is too small. On the floor there is a kitchen, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove, a sink, and some dishes. We only used the refrigerator. Every day we bought fruits, vegetables, yogurts, ham, and other goodies. It was very convenient. In the hall on the floor there is also a huge mirror (full-length) on the wall. Next to the hotel there is a chain grocery store, which has everything for any request. A few blocks away there is another grocery store of the same chain, but it is twice as big! Deep in the block, on each street there are many different cafes. We found one cafe with a menu in Russian and very friendly owners. Then every day we went only to this cafe, because if the owners tried with the translation, it means that we will be their clients. We tried almost everything from the Chinese menu. An interesting experience. Overall, the location of the hotel is ideal - I recommend it. You can close your eyes to the size of the room))

The boss is very kind and makes you feel at home. The place is elegant and clean. There is a public kitchen. Sanya Beach is just downstairs. The security is good. Everything is nearby and the transportation is convenient. Special thanks to the old version, who picked me up when it rained heavily. It was my first time to use the Phoenix Airport, which caused me to walk up and down, but I didn't complain. Thank you again.
