The housekeeper sent detailed routes and precautions before check-in. The room is impeccable, there is no smell, the bedding is skin-friendly, we and the dog sleep well. Back from climbing the mountain, the staff also praised the dog for being cute and the experience was very good.

The room was relatively clean, except that the decoration ash on the wall was not cleaned.
There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, you can order food, the chef is limited, the dishes are salty. There is a mahjong machine in the private room, which can be used for free. There is also a large KTV room and gym, free to use. The KTV effect is also not bad.

The environment is very good. Lake Biwa is outside the window. The room is very clean and the details are well done (there are electric mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, so you don't have to worry about mosquitoes.
