I could hear everything from next door, upstairs, downstairs, and all around, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The bathroom was a bit unpleasant, covered in mold (I took photos but won't share them. I hope the owner and his wife can improve this in the future). The water flow in the bathroom was intermittent, and the shower faucet couldn't even be adjusted for temperature; it just turned on and off.
