"We got a free pickup service from the train station to the hotel. The hotel was very cozy, traditionally styled and very near to the scenic area. The owners are friendly and helped us to buy tickets to the Forongzheng town. Later they asked us when we were leaving and offered to arrange a taxi ride to the trainstation. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very attentive."

This Inn is perfectly located and has an amazing view. You will have to buy an entrance ticket for 109RMB, this ticket covers 3 days. Enter and exit of the city, access to walking underneath the waterfalls and watch the performances as many times as you want. I stayed 3 days. The host is patient and kind. He met me at the gate and helped carry my luggage. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Wifi works. All amenities provided and daily housekeeping. I will stay here again."

"The room was exactly like advertised. The owner/staff arrange a car for pick up and even help us to call for a cab for drop off. He came and greet us by entrance, help us buy the tickets to enter the town, explain to us a bit about furong and easily reachable via wechat. This hotel is near to the entrance, so you wont suffer so much with all the luggages you have. There was no elevator, the room is on the 1st floor where the ground floor was a shop for garment rental. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout. It was loud with performances nearby, but complete silent after 10 or 11. Worth every penny to stay here. Plan ur trip properly for muslim as no halal food available in this town."

"Owner makes effort to pre book tickets on behalf, and it is cheaper than purchasing on site.
Owner pick us upon arrival and help us with the luggage. Also offered us additional mineral water.
Great view from the room even though it is not the main waterfall. Noise from the street at night until 11pm can be heard from the room but it is not a big concern.
The location of the stay is easily accessible to nearby waterfall.
Only recommendation is the toilet steps in the room, which can be slippery.
Overall highly recommended!"

I’m pretty sure this hotel is in the best location in Furong! The views of the waterfall are spectacular! My room had a balcony and I swear I had the best room in the town! They added me on WeChat and we were able to message on that and use a translate button to understand each other, as they don’t speak English. The hotel also has a rooftop that has incredible views over the waterfall too. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station for free. They also allowed me to fly my drone from the rooftop which was great because it allowed me to keep an eye on it! You don’t need long in Furong, one or two nights maximum, but you may as well book a hotel with the best views, so stay here!

"Really lovely hotel room with a beautiful view of the river and bridge nearby. The staff were so accommodating. We were picked up from the train station and met by a lovely staff member who brought us to the location to pay for the scenic area ticket and then brought us to the hotel. A very seamless and stress free experience. She gave us some recommendations for the town over WeChat which was very helpful and arranged a transfer back to the train station."

"It is located inside the scenic park of Furong. To enter, therefore, you need to have purchased the park ticket. Hotel clean and nice. The staff picked me up at the train station and gave me a supplement of my room (which is not obvious but still welcome). Remember that being inside the park, but always in an outdoor position with respect to music, you might hear people talking late"

"Our stay was just perfect!! The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was big and beautiful aswell with a great view. Everything was really modern and clean.
The hosts were incredibly attentive to all our needs, they really exceeded our expectations. They even got a person (another guest) to translate for us when we arrived to the hotel. We also went with her to the ancient part and had the best time.
They also offered us a free ride to the train station on our way back
It is a bit away from the ancient town (around 15 minutes by foot) but the owner were really nice and drove us there

"The glamping site is very near the observatory deck of Furong waterfalls. The dome tent are quite far away from each other, so you have a bit of privacy in your lawn. There's some space in the platform where you can view the Youshi river and bird watching. At night it's peaceful and you can hear the crickets while sleeping. In the morning you can hear the birds chirping. It was a pleasant stay thought they were not able to provide the breakfast buffet because there were few guest around. But they were able to provide me a simple meal for my breakfast. The hotel also provides free pick-up service to and from the Train station."

YYupSss LLSWhat I like most is that the owner was really nice to pick us up from the train station and then gave us a ride there again when we left.
The hotel is actually near the ancient town, but there was a slope to walk up the terrain.
The hotel was comfortable. You may also do your laundry there though the washing machine is located right next to the toilet which is a bit unpleasant. But no complaints since it is free.
Breakfast was simple. Though not a buffet, it was decently delicious.

GGuest UserHassle free experience checking into this bed and breakfast accommodation. The staff will contact you a day before to offer discounted entrance tickets (90 yuan) and transportation by a private driver (20 yuan). We opted for both of these services and it was the best decision we’ve made. The driver will drop you off at the closest entrance to the town, where the staff will meet you in a tricycle to transport your suitcases to the accommodation. The pathway is dirt so it would have been a nightmare pulling our suitcases through this. The rooms are large but average. We can see half of the waterfall from our balcony. For breakfast it is simple soup noodle. They ran out of rice sticky dumplings by the time we got there and the staff did not refill it. The only standout was the outdoor dining area, you’ll get a full view of the town which was amazing without having to be surrounded by a large crowd. I did notice that some tourists managed to walk in and take some photos when the front desk was not staffed… which felt unfair as this was the most expensive accommodation we’ve paid whilst in china.

GGuest UserThe room looks exactly like the picture. The AC was blasting cold which was perfect for the hot summer weather. Amazing view from the balcony. Great location as it’s a few minutes walk (3-5min) from the hotspots of furong ancient town. The staff provided us with tips and recommendations of the performances and as well as a map. Despite the hotel not having any elevator, the staff helped us bring our luggage to our room (up and down the stairs) as well as from the drop off point. I really liked their free pickup service from the station, very convenient since they later help you drag your luggage to the hotel (the roads are very bumpy). There’s a bit of walk from the entrance of the furong scenic area (4-5min) so I recommend using their drop off service too since they will also help you bring your luggage directly to the car. It’s 20 yuan compared to DiDi which was around 13 yuan (save you the headache of having to drag your luggage around the uneven road).

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

The hotel is beautiful! One of the best in town. It is located in a very strategic position where the rooms with windows have the best views. Spend a bit more and get the rooms with balcony, you won’t regret it.
The only negative is that there is a restaurant downstairs with karaoke, and it can get pretty noisy if they get some enthusiastic customers.
Apart from that, everything else about the hotel is top notch.

SSorinGThe location is just in the scenic area, view is incredible. The location is actually you are paying for, so expect the average on anything else.
The staff is ok, no english but the apps will do.
Breakfast is asian and quite basic.
Be warned that the cars taxis have no access inside the scenic area. The road from the drop point (scenic area gate) till hotel is rocky, paved with irregular stones, it’s a pita dragging the luggage, so come with a light one :))
At midnight everything shuts down, including the lights, so make sure you’re doing your night shots by then.
