Chez Lilas is a very beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-living room, 1-bathroom suite, located in the Provence-style B&B in the Lilac Town of Paris! There is a subway station downstairs (Ligne 11, Serge Gainsbourg). The subway takes 15 minutes to reach the center of Paris (Chatelet)! Famous attractions such as Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Paris Opera House, etc. can all be reached in about half an hour. The B&B is surrounded by a mature commercial district, and restaurants, entertainment, theaters and cinemas can be reached within a short walk. Chez Lilas has two warm bedrooms, a spacious living room and an open kitchen. The reasonable space layout makes every corner full of home warmth. As soon as you enter the door, you will see a spacious and bright living room with lavender-like purple tones, as if you are in the countryside of Provence. The yellow room is like Van Gogh's sunflowers in Arles, and the master bedroom is as charming as the soil of the Red Earth City (ROUSSILLON). Every decoration reveals the elegance of the French countryside. All distinctive rooms are equipped with wardrobes/wardrobes, allowing you to experience a more intimate and meticulous stay. Electric kettles and coffee/tea makers are available, and convenient room facilities will surely make you feel comfortable. The bathroom provides 24-hour hot water, making you feel at home. Owner-occupied apartment with private rooms in a quiet, secure residential area, 9 minutes walk to metro line 11 and RER E, only 20 minutes from the center of Paris. Parking is convenient. Ideal for travelers looking for comfortable, well-located accommodation. Separate Italian shower and separate toilet in the corridor for the exclusive use of the tenants. The living room and kitchen (without food) are shared with the owner. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 4 people. Tenant access The tenants have free access to a dedicated bedroom, living room, shower room and toilet. A portion of the refrigerator and freezer space is allocated to them. However, food is not included in the service. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own shower towels and personal hygiene products. In addition, slippers are requested to be worn indoors. Slippers are provided, but you may use your own. Please note that the use of the property is restricted to tenants only. Access by others is not permitted.
