Everything was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the whole place was beautifully designed. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay overall - highly recommended!

The location is perfect if you are using victori station, or going to see Wicked or Hamilton at the theatre. The address given may not be where your room is as we were directed to a property 4 or 5 doors down. The public areas ( stairs and landing areas ) were very very hot but the room was not as warm. We just opened a couple of windows and all was OK. The room was fine for one night , kettle , toaster and microwave in place and plenty of hot water for the shower. I would stay again if I planned another overnight trip to london .

I booked a Deluxe Quadruple room because I was traveling with my mother and sister (this room can accommodate up to 4 adults). The location of the guest house itself is quite good, close to the bus stop to central London. The room is surprisingly spacious for London (based on my experience with other aparthotel/guest house) with a more minimalist bathroom, but everything is neat and clean like new! (also my mom loves the interior). The view from the top floor room was also great! There is a shared kitchen with complete dining utensils, a microwave, and an iron. Oh, if you arrive before check-in time and want to leave your luggage, they cannot accept it at Clapham Guest House directly (no receptionist, way more like airbnb style?). I only found this out when I arrived at the guest house. So, there’s another guest house 8 minutes away under the same management, Chelsea Guest House, where you can store your belongings before check-in. Overall, my family and I were happy with our stay here. Note: Be mindful of your luggage due to the numerous stairs and lack of an elevator.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, easy to just hop on a bus to the tube station to find the main tourist places to go. Staff are friendly and will do anything they can to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend staying here.

recently stayed at the southall London Heathrow Airport for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it proved to be a reliable choice in the Southall area. The hotel’s location, just a short drive or shuttle from the terminals, made it incredibly convenient for airport travelers, minimizing stress on arrival after a long journey. Check-in was quick and efficient, with friendly staff who provided clear directions and even tips on local transport options. Rooms were compact yet functional, featuring comfortable beds, modern en-suite bathrooms, and all the essentials like free WiFi, tea/coffee facilities, and a flatscreen TV. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, which is crucial after international travel, and the soundproofing effectively blocked out airport noise despite the proximity. The on-site restaurant and Costa coffee shop were open late, offering affordable, tasty meals—I enjoyed a hearty full English breakfast that set me up perfectly for my flight.

Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢

Cheap and convenient location, house converted into rooms and good for the price. Easy check in and full kitchen available to use.

The staff was overly gracious. I had to check in much earlier than the check-in time that is on the listing, and they were happy to do it for a £10 fee, which was fine for how much earlier I had to be there. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train stop. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close to the hotel as well. Make sure you have data though because you must call to check-in. There is no front desk. As for the rooms, it had everything you’d expect for the price. It was clean and they provided whatever towels you needed. I guess the only qualm I’d have is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the hallways. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend!
