Highly recommended ☺ You won't regret it. The location is super strategic, very close to the station, and convenient for getting anywhere. The service is also great and friendly. Even when checking in late at night, I was still greeted with a smile. The room is very comfortable, clean, and safe, just like being at home. The guesthouse's atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Overall, it's the best! 🥰 I'll probably stay here again next time. Thanks to all the staff for your service, it was a truly memorable experience 🥰

Sbnrnya hotel ini murah, sarapannya enak, pelayan ramah dan baik cuma kebersihan kurang, km masuk kamar ad handuk basah bekas dipakai tergantung diblkng pintu kmr mandi, lantai kmar sngt berdebu, km dikamar 217 pintu nya renggang jd mlm mlm tamu di depan daerah kmar kami pada merokok ntah gimana mreka posisinya yg jelas asap rokok menyengat masuk kekamar kami, sy alergi terhadap asap apalagi asap rokok, dan sy jg bawa anak 2, satunya anak kecil jg usia 2 thn lbh,mana anak dlm keadaan flu, jd km tidur dgn bau asap rokok, sdh saya sumpal sela sela pintu yg renggang dgn tisu tp masih juga blm mengatasi masalah alias msh bau asap rokok menyengat, kemudian stiap sarapan diruang sarapan bnyk bapak bapak yg merokok jg pdahl itu ruang makan loh, dan ruangan tertutup rapat krna ruangn ber AC, bayangin saja gimana makan sngt trganggu, ad anak kecil, keluar dr ruang mkn sluruh pakaian bau rokok smua, kemudian duduk diloby jg ada lagi orang merokok, utk kedepannya agar diperbaiki lagi, lbh baik buat ruangan merokok trsendiri, dikamar jg hrsny ad kamar yg bebas asap rokok ad yg khusus asap rokok.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. There were a few bugs, but I had some insecticide with me so I was able to get rid of them. The wifi wasn't very strong, but it was usable. The shower didn't have hot water and the water pressure was poor.

Location is really great, near Sarinah and only 15 minutes walking distance to Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia. They only provide the towel, no soap, toothbrush, etc. They require you to inform the arrival and departure time everyday because they’ll lock the door regularly after all the guests are inside the building.

It's a shame there's no electric kettle for boiling water. I mean, we can bring our own coffee even if it's not provided. It wasn't super clean either, but the service was okay and there was a welcome drink.

The first time I stayed here, when I entered the room I wanted to rest straight away because I was tired, but what could I do I couldn't sleep because the AC was making a very loud noise, I immediately complained to the crew, wanted to move rooms but couldn't, was told that the AC really didn't work, after a fairly heated argument the crew finally said I could move rooms, I originally wanted to stay there for 4 nights, but finally I decided to just stay for 1 night, because I felt annoyed and uncomfortable having to meet the crew who I considered far from friendly.

1) The mattress is very good and comfortable; the bedsheet seem old but luckily no smell; 2) the towel is old and yellowish, & given the same after request a new one; 3) the receps are so young and seem like untrained; he was reluctant to give me extra hour for check out, even just 15 mins extra also can't make decision and needs to check with his boss. As a budget hotel, I think is still worth for money by looking at its location & comfortable bed, owner just need to do some touch up & maintain it properly.  

smells really cigarette,the room smells everywhere,the shower does not spread water,as if it is turned on a part. Aqua turned out to be paid, I think it's like a hotel usually free 2 bottles. If it's close to anywhere, there are a lot of food selling too The room can be on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator yet, so it is a bit awkward for those who carry suitcases

It was cheap, so it was okay. The room and bathroom have a good size. The bedsheets and towels were clean, but old. The TV was good and the bed comfy. It was loud on the floor and I needed earplugs. The personal was very friendly and helped me with my questions.
