"Overall, everything was okay, and as per expectations. I stayed for just a single night, and checked in quite late, the staff was quite helpful in accommodating the last minute request. I even checked out quite early, 5am next morning. Services/facilities were okay I would say given the price paid, as the aircon was not working, I found a roach in the bathroom and a few insects on the bed, and the room was a bit smelly (with windows closed), so those attributes could be improved. Else all good."

it was a pleasant experience rite from the check in to check out. A safe place to go with family and friends, very well located inside City with two minutes of access to the metro station, City buses, taxi. We were here to visit the US consulate, it's around ten minutes drive. The free breakfast was limited but good. excellent service by Mr.Tapush.

I was for 4 days it was very nice experience. Cleanliness good. Staff behaviour is very nice and cooperative Service is very good. Area & location wise excellent. Good rooms as well. With economical rates.

A great experience with this hotel sonar bangla guest house, its location just behind the new market. Hotel manager and staff's behaviour are very well. Hotel maintenance and cleaning is very very good

Hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark, receptionist was not helpful at all and very unfriendly behaviour. Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty ***** with towel, toilet was also not hygienic. Light bulbs not in working condition. But restaurant was good, food was good and staffs of the restaurant were friendly.

Propert says non-smoking but smoke in the window shield is still there. Very poor room service. Tv was not recharged and have to put in a complaint 3 times before it was recharged. Ambience is good close to market good parking space. Rooms are small to fit in 3 people as we made a booking we requested for early check in but was denied and after waiting for few hours they offered a room for 1800 rs for 2 hours which was a rip off when we arrived early they said no rooms available for the while week and completed booked out. Comementsry water we to ask them couple of times before they could provide one. Over all the room services was very poor i would have gone bad but just for the location and parking i give average
