"這間酒店與前一條街的吉田屋是同一集團，我前一晚住了吉田屋溫泉酒店，第二晚住這間湯宿，這間湯宿沒有一個職員，是全自助式的，入住時我遇到困難，未能進入酒店內，需要按門鈴，聯絡吉田屋的職員，並以一般的英文溝通，他遙距開放我進入酒店內後，我因名字的問題，未能自助辦理check-in手續，需要等職員過來幫忙，由於與吉田屋的距離很近，職員幾分鐘後就過來幫忙，即使入住時遇到一些困難，但在這間酒店的體驗是不錯的，房間很大，酒店有免費泊車，溫泉出水量略嫌較吉田屋慢，早餐是自行落到樓下取一盒三文治和一罐飲品，如果想以便宜的價錢浸房內私人溫泉是可以住這間的，但就不要希望有職員服務你"
