"Fantastic off the beaten path location right on a mountain stream. This pension is tucked away in the trees just outside the town and offers noise free peaceful balconies and amazing views. Our main destination, Danyang, is a short 10-15 minute drive down the canyon. The bed and pillows are firmer than we are used to but I think that’s fairly common for Korea.
We arrived a little lost, being our first pension, and didn’t know how to “check-in”. No matter, the hostess found us quickly and was extremely kind - she even grabbed some luggage on the way to show us the room!
I can only hope our next adventure would go this well!
