Kitchen facilities such as a microwave, kettle, and induction hob, along with a work desk and office chair, are also available, making self-catering and PC work comfortable. 2. **Clean and spacious rooms.** The floors and furniture are impeccably clean, giving the room a very fresh feel. There's ample space in the hallways, dining area, and around the bed, so even with suitcases open, it doesn't feel cramped. 3. **Excellent amenities and shops on the ground floor.** The lobby level on the ground floor of the building features shops like KK Super Mart (convenience store/mini-supermarket), which is incredibly convenient for getting water, daily necessities, and snacks without having to go outside. **Things to note/consider:** * **Shower water temperature (warmth of the shower).** The water temperature tends to be a bit low, and it can be difficult to get piping hot water. Since instant water heaters are common in condominiums and apartments in Malaysia, the water might not heat up sufficiently if the water pressure is too high. If you reduce the water flow a little when using it, it should be easier to maintain warm water. **Summary:** Aside from needing a little trick to manage the shower water temperature, this is an excellent value-for-money accommodation in terms of location, room size, facilities, and convenience. It's a perfect choice for business trips, 'workations', family vacations, and medium to long-term tourism!

My stay at Quill Residence left a great impression. What I was most satisfied with after checking in was the overall cleanliness; the room was tidied up very comfortably, the space looked neat and uncluttered, and you could tell the staff paid attention to detail in their maintenance. The service was equally commendable; the staff were friendly and efficient in handling things, and willing to proactively assist with any issues, which made the whole check-in process much easier. The overall atmosphere during my stay was quiet and comfortable, and the facilities and environment met expectations. For travelers who prioritize hygiene and service quality, the experience here is quite good. The overall value for money was satisfying, making it a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I would say that the front office staff are very friendly and have a great sense of humour. They also provide a luggage delivery service directly to the room, which was very helpful. I had a great stay at Ceylonz Suites Kuala Lumpur. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the reception staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was the luggage storage service, which made it very convenient to explore the city before check-in or after check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Bukit Bintang, KL Tower, and other popular attractions. Overall, Ceylonz Suites offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Being on a high floor, the room was a beautiful residence with a great view! The large windows let in plenty of sunlight, which was lovely. It was convenient to walk to APW, which is about a 5-minute walk away, and Bangsar Village, which is about a 10-minute walk up a steep road, for daily shopping and dining. (There's nothing else around though). Since it's not a hotel, there were almost no amenities. All that was provided was one bottle of water, shampoo and body wash (why no conditioner?), kitchen paper, dish soap and a sponge, tissues, and two bath towels. During my 5-night, 6-day stay, housekeeping never came, so I had to wash towels myself daily, and cleaning and trash disposal were also self-service. Also, the room I booked was different. The floor plan didn't match the photos, and I believe the square footage was also different. I complained that the room was not as pictured, but I was told that photos can vary slightly, so I gave up. Despite my various concerns, the residence itself was clean and had a pool, which was nice.

A perfect, safe, comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Kuala Lumpur city. Near PWTC metro station and local train station you can easily and quickly reach Batu Caves (about 9 km). There is also a decent shopping mall with a lot of food options. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities such as wifi, drinking water, hot water, toaster and microwave. But the best part of this hostel is the hospitality. Ms. Suzi is an amazing host, she will assist you with everything you need during your stay. My flight arrived early in the morning and I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm very tired knowing that check-in is only at 2 pm, but Ms. Suzi understood my situation and arranged for me an early check-in for free. I felt like home and it was a very nice welcome to beautiful Malaysia. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

okay, first of all, location wise. lovely. 7mins walk to klcc. our unit had one of the best view of the tower too! furniture were comfortable. but one thing that i wish i know. or they know. why does the water went off suddenly out of nowhere (which for us was showering). and we reported. and when they come and check. its there again. and it happened few times during the stay too. glad that not like no water at all. just found it strange of the sudden changes. parking wasnt so far. everything was good

My family had an enjoyable stay. Will love to come back again! It’s a hotel like suite with spacious rooms n toilets. Friendly housekeeping provided every 6 days. There’s a minimart & a cafe at the lobby which makes things convenient. Visitors carpark available at level 4 & 5 around the lift lobby which is chargeable.Room is managed by CoBnB and contactable via watsapp. There's a sign with the parking rates listed at the entrance barrier which states the rates as: 1. Rm4.30 for the 1st hour 2. Rm2.15 for every subsequent hour 3. Maximum rate per day rm26.50

A great apartment on the 22nd floor, from which it opens just a stunning view of the city and Petronas! The living room with a kitchen area, a mini couch and a balcony and two bedrooms - in one double bed, in another one-bedroom bed and a nominated mattress, for a family with 2 children it was super convenient! In the rooms modern air conditioners and ceiling fans! The apartment is no noise and very comfortable! The pool on the 35th floor is fascinating, super idea with a transparent bottom- in the form of a hole 👍 On the first floor the pool is uncrowded, but as refreshing as the top! The location super, everyone in the pedestrian accessibility, rarely used taxi. And the Lala port shopping center, which gets directly from the condo, adds convenience in terms of food and shopping. I recommend! The assistant of the owner settled without a plem, deposit 2thousand ringit, returned as 👌

I booked a family suite with 3 bedrooms. Below points depict my experience with the trip.com 1. The contact number shared for connecting with the property was not reachable. Until last moment, i was not sure whether the booking is confirmed as their was no response from the property end. Additionally, the details of the room(floor number and room number) werent shared until the last moment i reached there. 2. Upon reaching there, the third party guys working for trip.com handed over me the card of a two bedroom suite instead of a three bedroom family suite, i booked and paid for. Upon asking, the guy said he cannot do anything now, if i want to cancel, i can cancel it now and look for another one irrespective of me already reached there with my family members which was not a good solution.  So overall, i would say it was a bad experience for me this time with trip.com
