GGuest UserHighly cost-effective, very beautiful town, you can see the beautiful snow-capped mountains from the restaurant, suitable for staying after the trip to Mount Cook.
The toilet sink is super small, you can only wash in the kitchen. It is not convenient without a dishwasher.
In short, it is worth staying.
FFanieThis is perfectly good accommodation for the price charged. We stayed in a budget cabin, with shared bathroom facilities - it’s a campsite, after all. Although basic, the cabin was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a shared kitchen where you could prepare meals and chat to other travellers. The bathroom facilities were clean and suitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To access the site from Twizel you would need a car.
