AArolashWe had an excellent stay at North Zen Villas. The people are extremely kind and the offered services are superb. The whole resort is very clean. I really do recommend to try their massage, it was excellent.

TTgjaneGreat hotel. Found it with only one review, went to look at it and booked it right away. The hotel is brand new, very clean, beautiful, cozy, the rooms and bathroom are large, completely consistent with the photo. The room has shampoo-conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, hair dryer, tea-coffee, a stocked refrigerator with prices, a safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan. The pool is clean, they give out towels for the pool. Breakfasts are a la carte: European and Filipino, very tasty, not small. The hotel now only offers breakfasts, beer and fruit can be bought at the reception, other food can be reached on foot or even order grab-delivery.
The hotel is a little out of the way, but if you have a car or a bike, then there are no problems. The hotel also has parking.
The only thing that was strange: we never waited for hot water, it says that there are solar heaters, but the water was always equally cool (not very cold, we washed without problems, but there was no hot water). Yes, the water in the shower is fresh, not desalinated.

KKimbo11We had the most amazing stay here at the Secret Garden Resort. We stayed in a lodge with private pool which was perfect. Nothing is overly fancy but everything is perfectly functional.
Restaurant on site sells pasta and usual Philippino food. Breakfast is from a set menu, not a buffet. Perfectly fine.
Staff were friendly, helpful and just a whatsapp message away if you needed anything.
Not too far from Alona Beach, the airport or Tagbilaran Port so it was the perfect location for us.
We were honestly sad to leave after 7 nights here and already want to come back!

XXiaoxi111It's a beautiful little hotel with very friendly service staff. Although it's a bit far away, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. I was given a welcome drink and snacks. The breakfast was varied every day and the room was clean. It was a pleasant trip!

SshawThis is an excellent choice for a trip to Panglao Island. A ten-minute walk to Alona Beach. Lovely gardens to sit and relax. Excellent service and cleanliness. It is a lovely, quiet environment and has very helpful staff. I would definitely have this hotel as my top choice to stay.

ZZHENI lived in a mixed gender dormitory this time, I don't know much about other room types. The mixed gender dormitory is still very good, and I feel very quiet. If my English is good, I can make many overseas friends. The hotel feels very quiet and welcoming. Although the pool is small, I still use it for a long time and hope that I can pass SSI Level 1!
I slowly started to like to travel, and slowly got used to travel alone. The hotel's Guest Book is especially heart-warming. Many tourists and friends have their best memories in Natura Vista. I hope the hotel will be better and welcome more and more overseas friends!

SSheba KayThe room was worth the price. Quite clean and neat. The bed is comfortable though the sheets are pretty thin so would suggest bringing extra blankets if you get cold easily. It was a good stay for just a night and it’s quite close to the port, just a 15 min walking distance. The front desk person was kind too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located near a 7/11 and McDonald's. 3 minutes to alona beach. The reservation was not found the first time, one of the rooms that my friend and I were given had no window, although we booked 2 identical deluxe rooms. There is no cleaning. There is a kettle, TV and air conditioning. No safe, hairdryer, refrigerator. Swimming pool with dirty water. For the money everything is good

DDupharGreat experience. Very calm no noise. Just that the room I booked was the CR was outside the room that you need to go to your terrace so you can use comfort room. And its not safe especially at night.
