This is the most satisfying hotel we have stayed in in Thailand! Highly recommended! First, the breakfast is very good. The freshly made Thai breakfast is very delicious. It is worthy of being a hotel with local breakfast as its signature. Second, the service is very good. Every service staff greets you with a smile. When I checked in on the first day, I saw them writing the names of guests staying that day (including us) on the blackboard at the door, which made me feel very warm. Third, we forgot to take our bags back in the breakfast room, and the waiter promptly picked up the money and sent it back to our room. Fourth, the decoration is very beautiful, with the warmth of home and Thai characteristics. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Bangkok ~ Highly recommended! Highly recommended!

This hotel was great, exceeding my expectations! Since I arrived early, I was able to store my luggage there. The environment is very clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly; they proactively helped me with my bags to my room. Downstairs there's a barbecue restaurant, and a 7-Eleven right outside the entrance. It's also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for visiting famous attractions like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. Getting to the hotel from the subway can be a bit tricky and easy to get lost. Make sure you take the middle road *after* crossing the railway tracks. Keep walking straight, and you'll see a 7-Eleven on your right. Continue walking further in, and you'll reach the hotel.

I like smaller family run guesthouses. This house, an antique Thai wooden house was FILLED with artworks, and is a memorial hall to the memory of the late Thai King Bhumibol Adulayej. There are hundreds of photos, paintings, and statues of this great King. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit far... down steep steps and through the garden, but it was clean, and cool showers were very refreshing. I asked the proprietess to prepare a special meal for a friend's birthday. She made a wonderful Thai meal for us. My only small complaint is that I think their included breakfast is skimpy. Only bread/toast, instant coffee, and a choice of three simple dishes. More variety and more food would be appreciated. Overall, a nice stat in a nice house... in old Bangkok.

Pros: The host, Anna, was great! She messaged us contact details before we arrived, and any issues we had during our stay were promptly resolved through the app. The kitchen had a water dispenser with large bottles of distilled water, which was perfect for cooking and drinking – no need to buy water from the convenience store. Cons: The hotel is located on an inner street, so it's a bit of a walk to get there. The main road is very busy with no sidewalks, so you have to be extra careful when walking. I'd recommend taking a Grab from the airport, it's not ideal if you have luggage.

Very satisfied, clean and tidy, convenient transportation.

The Hotel is located in between the BTS Nana and Asok Station, which is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is shuttle service from Hotel to BTS Asok Station from morning to early evening. There is a common area in Japanese Tatami style and the cafe dining area on the ground floor. As mentioned in the Hotel information, the hotel has no lift and you may need to walk upstairs to your rooms. Maybe it is not convenient for elderly guests and guests with legs problems. The staffs there are friendly offering to help with carrying the luggage for guests. There is a guest welcome fruit set inside the room. The bathroom is separated from the beds by the sliding rattan screen. I love the big mirror in bathroom that inbuilt with LED light. But the TV with Netflix which is not working at all and the local television stations are also without any network. During daytimes, the cars passing by are a bit noisy. I stayed there during the rainy season, when I first arrived the Hotel under the heavy rain, the front door is beautifully decorated with the pebbles road and not sure if there is a drainage problem, there was a hole at the front door and created flooding there which my shoes were got soaked in the rain water. Other than the drainage problem at the front door, I’m really love the vibe of the hotel.

The beds are soft, the AC is cool, and the dorm beds have curtains. The AC runs 24 hours a day. The dorms are clean, and towels are provided. There are separate bathrooms for men and women. The staff provides excellent service. There's a common area for lounging and a kitchen. It's located right next to the BTS Skytrain, making travel very convenient. The bathrooms and dorms are separated by gender, and the staff is really great. The location is very convenient for getting around, and it's easy to find food nearby, right next to Lotus's and a 7-Eleven – just a short walk to 7-Eleven. There are motorbike taxis at the entrance to the alley, making travel anywhere easy. Motorbike taxis, the Skytrain, and Lotus's are all right there, making it simple to get around. It's in the heart of the city's community, with many bus lines passing by. The location is excellent. The hotel's zoning is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I was very impressed with my stay. Just bring one bag; they have everything you need.

Everything is OK for me. The one on the third floor has a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows. Because it is on the side of the road, it will be a bit noisy. It is not recommended for people who are sleepless and cannot accept a little noise. I am too tired to feel noisy. The little brother at the front desk doesn't understand Chinese and has to use a translator to communicate. The deposit is forfeited and the key is placed directly at the front desk upon check-out. In terms of safety, I feel that I need a key to get in and out of the gate.

Everything was great, the hotel is worth its price. If you want something better, go book somewhere else. What you see is what you get.
