Guest UserOne if the best hotel i ever stay, such a nice beautiful room with good view, we enjoy siting and drinking on the balcony in night time so much. No insect , not too hot and so peaceful. Staff also very nice and good service
Only one suggestion, i think breakfast is kind of meh, not variety only omelette, small salad and hotdog. With this price i expect to have more option of breakfast

Guest UserGreat place! The room is lovely with big windows. It's located near the market, and the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff is very polite. The only downside is there's no elevator, but it's not a big deal. Toiletries, slippers, and water are provided. The shower gel smells amazing!!! I need to know the brand and name of it.

The owner is a very kind person. We booked two rooms, one of which had a sofa. Our child initially agreed to sleep there, but later changed her mind. After communicating with the owner, he added an extra bed for us free of charge.
The hotel is less than 50 meters from a street full of nightlife, with bars, restaurants, and massage parlors. Even so, the hotel was very quiet.
The courtyard was very refreshing, and I met other guests from China. When it's hot, you can also take a dip in the clean swimming pool.
Note: You can't find ”Golden Thai Courtyard” on Google Maps or Bolt/Grab; you need to search for ”Magadan Residence.” This was the hotel's previous name, and the description is different from some reviews. The hotel manager is a Burmese girl who speaks Chinese and keeps the hotel impeccably clean.
Finally, if you're used to staying in five-star hotels, you should definitely think carefully before booking. This hotel offers the best value for money among hotels and guesthouses in the same price range.
There was an embarrassing little incident on our first night, so other guests should pay close attention to the color of the main entrance. Fortunately, the hotel manager and owner helped me out of my predicament.

СНI extended my stay here. The location is pretty good, perfect for trips to Koh Larn, and it's close to Pratumnak Hill and new Tops Market, McDonald's, and Taco Bell. The views are scenic, there's a gym, two pools, and a great lobby. The rooms have everything you need, the internet is stable, the staff is polite, and the balcony views are excellent if you're on a high floor. I was on the 21st, but with a city view. The air conditioning works, the furniture is firm, and there are appliances and a kitchen with dishes. I liked everything. My room was far from the elevator, so the soundproofing and quietness were perfect.

Guest UserSome areas weren't very clean, and the bed was hard. However, the service was good, and the location was excellent. Overall, it was great and acceptable. It's a shame there was no hairdryer. The price was very cheap, and I'd definitely go back.

Alia Aster | aster.placesThe apartment felt a bit worn, but overall it was okay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made communication easy.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. In general, it was quiet, but we could hear neighbors returning from parties around 4–5 a.m. We stayed for a week and didn’t cook much, as the cooking utensils didn’t feel very fresh, so we mostly ordered food or ate out.
If you’re looking for a place just to sleep, this apartment is a good option. However, if you plan to work remotely, it may feel too small, especially for two people. The complex itself is not really designed for remote workers. There is a large common area, but it’s mostly just a place to sit and watch the sunset, which we did. There is no coworking space and no internet in the common areas.
There are two shared swimming pools: one on the 3rd floor and another on the top floor. The building has two blocks, and to access the larger pool with a view, you need to move from one block to the other. We stayed in Block B, which had a small gym, the 3rd-floor pool, and a common room with a view.
The location is right in the center of Pattaya. There are many bars nearby and a shopping mall within walking distance. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, it’s better to choose a different area.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha!
The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort.
The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation.
The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch.
Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful!
Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google.
This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot!
Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

We stayed here for 11 days, during this time the room was cleaned twice, when the water/toilet paper/coffee ran out we had to beg the owner. The hotel is 2.5 km from Monkey Beach, 700 meters from Bali Hai Pier, there are many cafes/shops nearby. You can ask the owner for a bike (300) and a taxi (100). At night the music from the cafes is blaring, everything would be fine, but the singers are tone-deaf. It's nice to sit outside, but there are a lot of flies, ants and mosquitoes.
The garden is beautiful in autumn,
