Cuddle up with your loved ones and enjoy the night in in this cozy spot. (The two couches also convert to sofa beds if needed.)Deck: Enjoy dinner under the sky or just hang out on the spacious deck and bask in the setting sun!Location: It's a short walk to many trendy restaurants, shops, and breweries and less than 7 minutes of a drive to downtown. With Kroger and Publix being within walking distance, this house is perfect for entertaining and buying those last-minute necessities. If you're looking for a night out, there is a large variety of trendy restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance such as: Nashville's famous fried chicken shop, Hattie B's, Zanies Comedy Club, Urban Juicer, ML Rose, Smiling Elephant, First Watch, and the zoo being a 13 minute drive. We also have an all-in-one washer and dryer in the unit. What we love about the space are the location and pool. The studio is only 3 miles from downtown & the pool is literally outside your doorstep. It was built in the 1950s and its age is starting to show. While we've taken measures to improve our condo, keep this in mind when booking. You won't be arriving at a fancy condo complex; it's a modest 2-story building sitting among trendy new construction. You will be booking this unit for the location and, if in the summer, the pool. → Please note before booking – while we have our quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, there is potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you. We provide a sound machine for the unit but please be aware of this detail to make sure this condo is the right fit for you! → As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening. Because of the construction, at times there are limited sidewalks to use. Please be conscious of your surroundings exploring town. → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. → The studio is suitable for children. → You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 11 am the day you check out. → By moving forward and booking this reservation, you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
