A top-floor walk-up, 1BR/1BA condo overlooking the beautiful Vail Valley. This property is along Gore Creek with mountain views and is located on the grounds of the Vail Racquet Club. AMENITIES WE OFFER:-Traditional coffee maker and Keurig, electric tea kettle, and options of complimentary beverages for each. Sugar, flavorings, and shelf stable creamers to get you started.-Generous supply of toilet tissue, facial tissue, and paper towels. (While this is not an unlimited supply, most guests find it plenty for their stay.)-Supply of body & hand towels, kitchen towels, & washcloths.-Generous supply of spices for your cooking. There is also a fridge bin of condiments and a pantry basket of leftover granola bars/oatmeal, etc. you're welcome to use if you choose to.-Generous supply of cleaning products.-Starter kit of toiletries just in case you forgot some of yours! Skip the $50+ ski day parking fees and hop on the bus at one of the TWO bus stops within short walking distance from our door. WE DO NOT HAVE A/C!! Our unit generally self-maintains a temperature between 68-73 degrees. If you absolutely must have A/C, you should select a different home stay.Our heat is electric baseboard and the bedroom has a separate thermostat from the main room for individual control. Guests are welcome to control the thermostat as they see fit.RESORT AMENITIES *** please read carefully****:We are located on the Vail Racquet Club Resort but we are a rental by OWNER unit. We are not owned nor managed by the Racquet Club. The front desk is available to help you with things in regard to the club amenities, but not with your reservation.The Vail Racquet Club is a 20 acre resort property that features multiple rentable tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball hoops, a year-round heated pool, a family hot tub, two adult-only hot tubs, a fitness room, a yoga/pilates room, saunas, and steam rooms in each locker room, a gift/clothing shop, on-site massage therapy, and an on-site restaurant, Apres Cafe. ENTRY TO THE CLUBHOUSE IS NOT INCLUDED WITH CONDO RENTAL! Guests may purchase a drop-in day pass at the front desk of the clubhouse if they wish to use the club amenities. Check with the Vail Racquet Club website for current entry rates. The Aprés Cafe and the gift/clothing shop do not require a day pass to enter. If you book a massage, it comes with complimentary day access to the club. We recommend you call the Vail Racquet Club ahead of your stay to secure your spot with the massage therapist if you plan on booking a massage. Their schedule fills quickly.RECREATION:We're 5 minutes from the center village at Vail, 15 minutes from Avon (Beaver Creek Resort), 15 minutes from Copper Mountain, about 35 minutes from Breckenridge and Keystone and Ski Cooper, 40 minutes from Arapahoe Basin, and 45 minutes from Loveland Ski Area. Both snow & non snow opportunities at the resorts abound!Other winter activities such as ice fishing, XC/Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, sleigh rides, sledding, and more are readily available in the area via a quick google search. In summer, the hiking is endless (we're happy to recommend trails!). Horseback riding, goat yoga, goat happy hour, art festivals, music festivals, farmers markets, bicycling, adventure parks, hot springs, fishing, camping, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more are all close by. THINGS TO NOTE:-Please make sure you understand and agree with our cancellation policy prior to booking. We recommend purchasing a separate, "cancel for any reason" insurance policy for your trip to cover you if something unexpected happens.-Colorado weather hazards are not unique events here and do not qualify for rate adjustments or refunds. Please plan accordingly and cover yourself with a personal policy that covers trip delay. -We are a high-alpine environment. Snow, ice, and hazardous conditions can happen at any time (even in summer). While the property is well maintained and many of the paths are heated and/or shoveled, not all surfaces will be clear of snow and ice at all times. Caution must be used and guests assume the risks of staying in an alpine environment. We highly recommend you do NOT wear ski boots when climbing the stairs to the unit. -Our space is best sized for one couple/two people only. It will feel a bit tight with 3 or 4 people.-While we do allow children, our space is NOT recommended for younger children. The condo is a top-floor walk-up. There is unprotected furniture with hard edges, balconies, sharp kitchen items, etc. that would be accessible to youngsters. We are NOT baby-proofed or toddler-proofed or curious child-proofed. Parents who bring children assume all responsibility for their children in the unit.-Our condo is not recommended for those with mobility issues. It was built in the 70's so there is no elevator and some hallways are relatively narrow. The stairs to the unit are outside and while they are shielded from the majority of weather, occasionally you will find snow present.HOUSE RULES:-The Vail Racquet Club HOA does not allow pets for renters. We love animals but please do not attempt to pass a pet off as a service animal. This is fraud and illegal in Colorado and only serves to harm those who legitimately need service animals. ESA's are not federally protected as service animals. Bringing a pet and/or faking a service animal will result in an immediate termination of your stay and forfeiture of your security deposit and reporting to the state of Colorado. Any fines imposed by the HOA for the pet will be passed on to you and become your responsibility.-Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit. And no smoking/vaping near open windows or doors to the unit. Smoke odor embedded in the unit will be charged an additional clean-up fee or result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit. If you are a smoker and smoking outside of the building, please be sure you are extra vigilant in your ashing and disposal methods. Colorado is MUCH more dry than most areas and a cigarette can easily ignite a raging fire. Do not smoke or have open flame near any potentially combustible material.-No tampering with smoke detectors, internet routers, wireless networks, thermostats, or locks. Our smoke detectors are hard-wired into a fire monitoring system. Tampering will result in a $300 fine from the HOA that will be passed on to you.-All guests WILL be required to sign a rental agreement after booking and prior to their entry code being given out. This agreement reinforces the VRBO contract but also goes in-depth with information about the property, fulfills our HOA and town requirements of dispensing certain information to guests, and it helps us collect information to help us customize your stay such as how many towels you want, how many parking passes you need, etc.-All guests must purchase either the VRBO-offered damage insurance or do a fully refundable damage deposit at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY:We have a FIRM cancellation policy with VRBO. Please review and ensure you understand this before you book.We HIGHLY advise you to purchase a "cancel for any reason" trip insurance policy with a third-party insurance carrier. (The VRBO platform damage insurance is NOT a "cancel for any reason" policy. It is only for damage to the unit.) A CFAR policy can offer coverage for illness, trip delay, weather impacts, and more and are generally very economical. We will happily supply your policymakers with any necessary documentation should you need to file a claim.CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:We do not believe in a long list of things to do before you head home. We expect our guests to treat the condo reasonably and we simply ask that you:1) Leave towels and linens where they are! No need to strip the beds or gather linens.2) Make sure the faucets, stove, and oven are off and the fridge/freezer are closed.3) Log out of entertainment apps.4) If the trash is stinky, please take it out.That's it! Of course, we welcome it if a guest starts the dishwasher, clears the fridge of their used food, or sweeps up however we do NOT require guests to do that. We clean the condo personally and are very thorough in all the tasks. We ask that our place be treated with courtesy

Great location! This Seasons at Avon condo is a quick two-minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, which takes you to Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead. Or hop on the FREE express bus to Vail, which stops next to the building. Walk to a variety of excellent restaurants in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek (the shuttle stop is in front of the building).Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony and living/dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace.The primary suite has a queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is a second full bathroom.The unit includes a washer/dryer. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage. A ski locker is provided in garage.Right next door is the Avon Rec Center, an indoor facility with a lap pool, lazy river, zero-entry kids pool, water slide, hot tub, and fitness center. Nottingham Lake is a short walk and offers ice skating in the winter; swimming, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, and free concerts in the summer; and a large playground for the kids year-round.There is no AC in the unit. We have several fans. Please note, bedroom windows face the exterior hall and do not have Mountain views.Per the HOA: The Seasons is a non-smoking building. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Quiet hours are 9 pm-8 am. No pets. By renting our unit, you agree to follow these regulations.Renter must be 25 years of age or older.Please note our cancellation policy. New area rugs and family room furniture were added in July 2022. And we added several new games and puzzles for your enjoyment. The previous owners remodeled the kitchen and flooring, with beautiful cabinets, hardwood floors, and granite countertops.FREE PARKING, TRANSPORTATION & SKI LOCKERSThe condo is located next to the Lionshead parking structure and Dobson Ice Arena. There is free parking for one vehicle per reservation. Several of the parking spaces are covered, and there is ample parking for any sized vehicle. A second car can be parked in the Lionshead garage for a fee. Walk to the villages, or ride Vail's free town shuttle bus that runs continuously in a loop between Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak. The Lionshead stop is right by the condo. If you want to explore other nearby ski areas, Beaver Creek is just 20 min. from Vail, and during ski season, the Vail-Beaver Creek Express has service between Vail, Avon, and Beaver CreekThe condo has a semi-private outdoor hallway with a large bench and ski locker, and space for skis, snowboards and bikes.BUILDING AMENITIES: HEATED OUTDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA, FITNESS ROOMThe Vail International complex features an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub with views of Vail Mountain. The outdoor pool is open in the summer and winter and the hot tub is open year-round. There are also men's and women's steam rooms. The workout room is on the same floor as the condo and has cardio machines, dumbbell sets, a Peloton bike, and a treadmill.FAMILY ROOM, DINING ROOM & WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHENIn 2021, the entire unit was repainted, updating it with a fresh, modern look. As a third-floor unit with lots of large windows and sliding glass doors, the condo and is bright and open. The family room has all new furniture (Summer 2022), a gas fireplace and a new 50” LG Smart TV. Watch Xfinity or connect to Netflix or other apps to watch your favorite movies and shows.The kitchen features remodeled cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. It is well-equipped, with pots, pans, a crockpot, cutlery and spices, and everything you might need to cook meals. The kitchen is open to the dining and family rooms, so you can socialize while preparing food. The dining table has six chairs, and the kitchen bar has seating for four more. The sliding glass doors off the dining room open to a small balcony with mountain views.BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMSThe condo has a large, master bedroom, and a larger second bedroom. Each bedroom has a new 43” Smart TV and a large closet with custom shelving. There are two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower, and a second bathroom with a shower.The private, spacious master bedroom features a queen sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress and new down comforter, and a dresser and large closet. The second bedroom has three comfortable beds purchased from Restoration Hardware in 2021: two queen beds and one loft twin bed, as well as a large closet with custom shelving. The twin loft bed over the queen is a separate structure from the queen bed below it, so you will not feel movement from the top or bottom bed. All the mattresses, pillows, down comforters, duvet covers and blankets in the condo were purchased in 2021 and are stylish and cozy. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a small balcony.FAMILY FRIENDLYFor the very little ones, there is a pack and play and a sheet for the mattress, and space to set it up in either bedroom. There are also baby spoons and a baby seat with a tray that attaches to the dining chair. There are a variety of family games, including playing cards, poker chips, Uno, Taboo, Quirkle, Sushi Go, Bye Felicia, Utter Nonsense, Monopoly, and Unstable Unicorns, as well as books and puzzles for all ages. For kids, there are toys and children’s books and games.WI-FI AND OTHER CONVENIENCESOther conveniences include a washer and dryer and free high-speed wireless Internet access. There is a front desk with a computer and printer. By the pool, there are outdoor gas grills for guest use.FRIENDLY & RESPONSIVE OWNERSThe condo owners (Tim and Michelle) enjoy renting to guests and will personalize your vacation with ideas for resort and on- or off-mountain activities. At your service are recommendations for restaurants, nightlife hot spots, transportation, lift tickets, ski and snowboard rentals, activities, and local attractions. Inside the condo are trail maps, activity brochures, restaurant menus, and more.We live in Colorado, the best place on Earth, and we own this condo as well as a townhome in Breckenridge, both of which are second homes that we use as well as rent. We have skied, biked and hiked with (and without) our kids at both Vail resorts for many years, so we know the towns well. Taking care of our guests and our condos is a full-time job and has been since 2010, because it's one that we love. Expect that we will immediately respond and resolve any issues, and we welcome any ideas you have to improve your stay. YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURES: SO MUCH TO EXPLORE!Winter: Vail offers more than world-class skiing. Enjoy scenic gondola rides, snow tubing, outdoor ice skating in the village, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and backcountry and cross-country skiing.Fall: Visit Vail for the stunning views of the golden Aspen trees. Bike down the mountain through the glades of glorious aspens, or hike and take in the views. Visit Vail's two Oktoberfest celebrations in September.Summer: Just out the door is the Gore Valley trail, a paved walking/biking path which runs along Gore Creek. Bike 2 - 3 minutes to the gondola in Lionshead, where you can haul your bike up and fly down the mountain. For road bikers, there are miles and miles of recreational paved trails. Charming and very spacious 3bd/3ba Lionshead Village condo with Amazing views and deck. Located in Lionshead walking distance to the gondola and everything FUN! One dog allowed.Large living room with tons of seating around fireplace and large flat screen tv with big windows facing gore range. Fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. Washer and dryer inside the condo and a garage space. A grill with outdoor seating to enjoy the views. A king in both master suites and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortable. 3 full baths. Best of all, low rates so that visiting Vail doesn’t break the bank! Fast WiFi and pool/hot tub access at sister property The Landmark. This condo is located on 707 west Lionshead circle. Free Garage space for one car. Trucks with toppers or ski racks will not fit. Garage is approximately 85w x 78h so must be well within these parameters ONE well behaved dog allowed. Must be registered with onsite management. Please message me with breed and/or size for registration. Unregistered pet will result in large fine from HOA and possible eviction from condo. This 2BD/2BA condo is perfectly located just a 1 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and only 50 steps to the Lionshead Arcade Bus Stop, the preferred method of transportation in Vail! Celebrate the $1 billion renovation in Lionshead Village and enjoy the new premium shops, restaurants, and bars that Lionshead has to offer!This unit is in the heart of Lionshead/Vail in walking distance to the slopes and Eagle Bahn Gondola, Ski School, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs and gorgeous shops. You can't go wrong eating at one of the sophisticated restaurants or hanging and listening to music at a nearby pub. Although it is in the heart of Lionshead, our apartment is well insulated and quiet and you never hear crowd noise or the highway.Each bedroom has high thread count, premium bedding with down pillows & comforters. You will sleep beautifully in the luxurious sheets and thick comforters. Both bathrooms are stocked with premium hotel collection towels in matching soft hews.The deck overlooks Vail Mountain & Lionshead Square and the shops and restaurants. The billion dollar Arrabelle Resort & Spa is right across the street.Amenities include: Flatscreen TV in living room & both bedrooms, fire place, high speed wireless internet, open floor plan of living room, dining room & new kitchen. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit and covered parking. Blow dryer, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and laundry supplies included. There is also a dedicated parking spot that comes with the rental. The Lionshead Children’s Ski School reservation center is 30 steps from the condo’s stairwell. It is literally the closest building to the school & if your family participates you will love the convenience. You can get your children reserved and situated in ski school & then return to the condo for another cup of coffee & finish getting dressed. And ..... the location is wonderfully convenient if you forgot something. You have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to get to the condo but the condo & the location, location, location are well worth it!If you need to rent equipment, we have established a relationship with a Ski & Rental shop just steps from our condo stairwell. They will provide you with a 30% discount off your rental equipment. They have excellent service and top of the line equipment.Do note, there is no elevator in the building so there's one flight of stairs to access the unit.
