The property consists of a private pier and floating dock. Please understand the owners keep 2 boats docked at all times- one on the lift and one on the left side of the dock. However, there is always one slip available on the right side of the dock for renters. Colonel Creek is located approximately 3 minutes from the cabin and has three wonderful ramps where you can unload & load your boat., a gas station across the street and The Retreat Restaurant.The home is located on a quiet cove just off of the main lake. It is also located on a short dead end street so Privacy and peace and quiet are almost a guarantee!
