New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9 hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, main pool and over a mile of private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. The condo is licensed through the State of Florida and permitted through the City of Fort Pierce and is open for inspection by both entities when required. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE MAIN POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED AND A NEW OLYMPIC SIZE POOL IS BEING PLANNED AS A REPLACEMENT.
