The large island makes meal prep convenient and has bar stools for easy entertaining. The dining area provides seating for six. Our home is tastefully decorated with seaside colors and themes. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Blinds in all windows and room darkening curtains in bedrooms. Bedding, linens and towels provided and are NOT commercial laundry service. We check everything ourselves. TV in living room and each TV in bedrooms are wi-fi connected directly or thru a Roku device. The master bath has a floor to ceiling tiled shower with double sink granite vanity. The second full bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. You will have everything you need including blow dryer, iron/ ironing board and a High Efficiency washer/dryerThe HUGE deck on the side of the building has multiple seating arrangements and a large table and chairs to enjoy meals, snacks or play cards or board games when the weather allows. A charcoal grill is available (located under the building). Just roll out to the side yard, safely away from building and grill fresh fish from your catch or local market! Take a right out of our driveway and you are a short 20 min drive to Indian Pass Trading Post (oh those Oysters), Cape San Blas (gorgeous blue water), Port St. Joe (shopping and restaurants) and Mexico Beach. There is one vehicle parking space assigned to each condo unit under the building. All other vehicles should be parked directly behind building.
