Villas by the Sea is a 17 acre oak-shaded beachfront Resort/Condominium Complex located on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Amenities are restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, barbeque grills, volleyball court etc. Killa Villa is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that overlooks the pool, barbeque and picnic tables. Bedroom 1 on the second floor has a queen bed and private full bath. on that same floor is a full kitchen and living area with a balcony. On the third floor are two more bedrooms and shared full bath. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, full size washer/dryer and balcony. Fabulous condo with covered parking under the condo and an elevator to the second floor. Please contact me for last minute special rates. You are just steps away from the Jekyll Island Harbor Marina and less than 3/4 mile from the beach. The brand new pool just opened on 5-5-23. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and UHD TV, as well as a 55 inch UHD TV in the den. Xfinity provides the wireless internet and over 185 TV channels. The internet speed is around 350 mpbs. There is a full size washer and dryer. The screened porch has a table to sit six people where you can enjoy a great meal while enjoying a great view. We have 4 bikes that are in the bike rack in the parking area.The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, stove, a keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, and all the dishes and utensils that you need for your stay. The DR has a table that seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools. The pantry is huge and has a wine cooler. The den has a sofa, loveseat, and chair with ottoman. We also have a pack and play for an infant. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There are 2 king beds and one queen bed. Each bedroom has a 50 inch UHD TV. After each is cleaned there will be an additional wiping down of hard surfaces with a bleach solution.Linens are laundered using the highest water temperature possible. Bed coverings will be regularly cleaned and thicker/heavier bedding will be replaced with items that are easier to launder. Remote controls and electronics electronic equipment will also be cleaned. Remote controls will be wrapped in plastic wrap after each cleaning.HousekeepingOur cleaner/housekeeper will not be charging more but will require additional time during the turnovers.
