Additional parking street parking is available on a first come first served basis.Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.•No Smoking or drugs of ANY KIND. Sensors are installed throughout the house to detect smokes.•Check-in time is 4pm - 10pm•No Extra/ Overnight Guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)•No Mail Delivered here•Please refrain from unplugging of the electronics•No Pets•Please be mindful of our neighbors. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property. There are 2 cameras located around the property. 1 at the front door facing away from the property & 1 located above the garage entry door facing outward away from the house. Both of them are recording when motion is detected. Your privacy is protected.
