The condo complex offers ample parking in a private parking lot steps from the condo – we provide a guest parking pass for vehicles. The parking and transportation situation here is awesome! This condo complex is comprised of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and renters like yourselves. The complex is comprised of ten buildings, with four units per building. Every other building offers coin laundry in the basement, available to all residents and renters. We STRONGLY ADVISE that parties, gatherings, or groups may not be most comfortable in our condo. We ask all of our guests to be respectful and mindful of the downstairs neighbors who are friendly, kind, and welcoming year-round residents. Our condo is best suited for small families or adults seeking a quiet getaway. This Greek revival was turned into a 17 room guest house in 1962 until it's conversion into three condominiums in 2016.
