It is very clean and includes everything from towels and linens to coffee pots for your stay. You'll have access to a covered patio with a grill and picnic tables as well as wifi, a large covered private patio, and a full kitchen.This space is well decorated, affordable, and in a great location! Approximately one mile from a public boat launch and driving distance to Sabine ATV Park, South Toledo Bend State Park, and Sam Forse Collins Recreation Area.
