This is a favored cabin for singles, or couples looking for that true woodsy experience, but who do not want to 'rough it'. We have satelite tv and wifi! Sweet and complete kitchen with granite counters, modern appliances, with pots, pans, and dishes. Exterior BBQ grill, and back deck for wildlife viewing. The Twin Oaks also has private firepit, and redwood screened outdoor areas, private to this cabin. It is common to see bear, and deer on and around this property. The space is a newly built (2022) custom property with two private modern Suites (Ash Mountain Suite and Red Mountain Suite). The Ash Mountain Suite is very spacious (450 sq feet) with amazing mountain views! The Suite has a queen bed, private shower, toilet and dressing area as well as a dining table, electric fireplace and Roku TV. Also, the Suite has a kitchenette with a wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, dishes and utensils. NOTE: We do not have an oven/stove. We provide complementary coffee, tea and a snack basket with oatmeal, popcorn, healthy snack packs, protein bars, chocolates & bottled water. A perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature with magnificent views of Ash Peak and Red Mountain. Also, our location is wonderful for bird watching during the day and stargazing at night. We have a propane BBQ grill with two picnic areas as well as a meadow to enjoy.We are located in the quaint, artistic mountain town of Three Rivers. Breathtaking river views, delicious food, full bar and open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, The Totem Market is less than 1 mile away. The Totem is a small market with casual food, deli, BBQ, beer, wine & supplies. Perfect location to pick up goodies for your picnic basket! Both The Gateway and The Totem Market rent chains if needed.We offer our guests convenient and private self check in. You can check yourself in using the keypad. Your personal 4 digit keypad code will be sent to you 5 days prior to your check in date. Check in time is 3:00pm. The Suite is often ready earlier and we are happy to offer an early check in when available.We have safe and secure parking available on the property. The Suite includes one designated parking space. We can accommodate a second car next door upon request. Please inquire if needed. Wi-Fi and phone reception can be spotty in the Sequoia National Park area. We are thrilled to have Spectrum high speed internet on our property. Three Rivers Cabins are located at 45155 Sierra Drive, Three Rivers, CA 93271. Live Oak Cabin sleeps four, and ideal for Mom Dad and two young ones in the sofa sleeper. This cabin is charming, and one of the collection of four cabins on this property just 1 and 1/2 miles from the Sequoia National Park Gate. The suite has a queen and one sofa pull out in the same room. Singles, and couples welcome this space too. NEW 50" Smart TV with DVD player and strong WiFi!The Live Oak is a vintage cabin, built in 1945. The cabin has been beautifully restored, while preserving the knotty pine paneling, and modernizing lighting, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and new floors. Not a hotel in town experience. You hear the river roaring below, with lots of wildlife appearing.This cabin is popular also with couples desiring a little more room for relaxation. The Live Oak has a back deck for gazing at the sweeping wild habitat views and is a great cabin to come back to relax after touring the Sequoia National Park.The Live Oak is a stand alone cabin on the one acre parcel of four cabins, known as Three Rivers Cabins, ideally located backed up to the river and wildlands, just 1 and 1/2 miles from the Main Gate, aka the South Gate to the Sequoia National Park (Ash Mountain Entrance).This cabin also has private bbq, fire pit, and redwood screened out door spaces private to this cabin's guest.
