I have been a Marriott Customer for over thirty years and almost always have a good experience at their hotels. This stay was brief, but unacceptable. I was not recognized as a Platinum Elite customer when I arrived, nor was I offered points or a gift. My profile suggests that I require a lower floor. I was put on the top floor, and I always get 2 to 3 extra pillows (I cannot lay flat in a bed due to a handicap) and no pillows were delivered, even after I asked for them. In addition, the shower valve did not work correctly and was way too hot to take a shower. Overall, this was not a good experience at all.
