"We stayed in the small,2 bedroom gite. The small gite is beautiful. Very well equipped with private outside spaces set in stunning gardens Breakfast offer may seem a little expensive, but don't be fooled, it is delicious. There is a small pool and a sauna available as well as spa treatments which can be booked. Beds are very comfortable. The town centre is fairly near with an excellent food offering for all budgets. Sandrine very welcoming and happy to help all the time."

"Very good stay. Warm welcome. Be careful, don't expect employees dressed as penguins, it's a chic but relaxed house. Super pleasant room with a beautiful sea view. The staff is attentive and caring. The breakfast products are of very good quality, their small local producers are carefully chosen, and it shows, and tastes. The service is adorable, with advice on the region to visit (which we did and it was great). Excellent cocktails at the bar in the evening, very good advice from the bartender. The Chef is very good, and once again very good products, perfect service. A small remark: we would like a menu a little richer, to have a little more choice, a starter and a main course in addition for example. But it is a seasonal menu, with fresh products and the answer is probably there. Finally, the place is enchanting, the garden, the view, and it is made for people who want to feel at home, but better. We will be back with pleasure."

"A group of ten of us all booked separately to celebrate my sixtieth birthday . I had walked past a few years ago and was impressed with the location and the tastefully renovated property. We stayed for three nights and from arrival to departure were very ably assisted by Eric and his family. The cottage is tastefully decorated , comfortable with a plentiful supply of hot water. There is a well stocked honesty bar to boot. The grounds are beautifully laid out and the jacuzzi pool ideal for a lazy afternoon. I had unwittingly booked the smallest room that we just about managed in but it was comfortable but lacked the coffee and treats that the other rooms seemed to enjoy. Breakfast was a total triumph and I would defy anyone to be disappointed. Choose carefully in advance and you will be very well served at a time to suit you. I would certainly love to return"

"Simple perfection! From the moment you drive through the gates.....! It is in such a beautiful location, so quiet and bucolic. The place is immaculate, and I am extremely fussy about cleanliness. The staff are so friendly, warm and helpful you feel at home immediately. Our room was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge choice of eggs freshly cooked to order, cheese and meats, jams, croissants, fresh breads....I could go on but im making myself hungry remembering. The only slight negative is if you decide to walk to Hornfleur (25 mins or so)...get a taxi back! There is a hill that would strain anyone's legs! All in all, a fabulous stay and I can't wait to come back!"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and a wide variety of food. (Unfortunately, you can't get good baguettes in every bakery for around €1-1.20) France is famous for its baguettes. But otherwise there was nothing to complain about."

"A big disappointment. location good, parking safe. But no airco, just a fan in a sweltering room. No shower, only a bath. Breakfast starts at 8am, but because of the heat I wanted to leave early, I got an orange juice and bought some croissants at a bakery. Internet is low speed. This was the most expensive hotel on my whole trip and absolutely the worst."

"Situated in a calm area apart from touristy areas la maison du parc is an old pretty captains house in a beautiful parc with old trees. We had a nice big appartement with a comfortable bed and a new bathroom. Unfortunately despite of many reviews the location has seen better times. It needs some cleaning of the windows, the bedcloths is partly old, the common kitchen is dirty and smells odd, the daily cleaningservice of the rooms could be optimized. We were disappointed of the announced gourmetbreakfast. Almost never an eggdish, no fresh fruits. The owner Amande, who established this former very nice hotel, has given the management to a young lady, who is very nice with her guests but not really professionel in hotel business. The price is for that what you get for to high."

"On our arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to a light, bright and beautiful room. Quirky decorated but with a modern twist it was the perfect place to spend our holiday. Our room had a large bed, with crisp linens and a modern bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the electric blinds and had a ‘The Holiday’ experience of my own! Breakfast each day was brought on a tray and served in our own little dining area. The hotel is situated in the middle of the town with everything in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants, which were recommended and amazing (thank you). There is an off road private space for cars and electric charging. This place is perfect and we’ll be going back."
