The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the MTR station, which is acceptable. First of all, the front desk service was excellent. After checking in, I needed to borrow a phone charger, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help me, trying twice to find a suitable one. Then, the room was incredibly good value for money. Because I arrived quite late with my child, the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. It's my first time staying in such a spacious room in Hong Kong for only a few hundred dollars. Plus, they honored my request from the booking platform to be away from the elevators and on a higher, quieter floor. The room had a living area and a bedroom. The living area had a sofa bed and another bed, while the bedroom had two beds. There were TVs in both areas, a humidifier, an air purifier, and even a vanity table. The bathroom even had disinfectant. The only minor drawback was that the shower partition next to the bed was clear glass. Although there was a curtain, you could still see through it. However, it wasn't a major issue since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living area.

The location was 10-15mins walk from MTR Olympic Station, so if you will arrive in the evening and have many luggages. It’s better to take an uber to get to the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful when we asked about what bus number we should take to get to somewhere. There’s free shuttle bus as well if you don’t mind waiting. The room was nice and high ceiling, so it gave a nice vibe. There was also free water refilling station in the lobby and other floors. It’s also in front of mcdonalds, near 7/11, and different restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel's location is pretty decent overall. Buses X6 and 10 both go to Central, and you can also take a bus to Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of Hong Kong. The room itself is definitely small, and the facilities are just average.
Booking includes a coupon for a set meal at Wah Sing Cafe, a Hong Kong-style diner: This restaurant is actually quite good, very authentic Hong Kong style, and the food tastes fine.
If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's acceptable. I was shocked that such a small room still managed to fit a bathtub. Beyond that, there's not much else to rave about.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Although the window faces a cemetery, it actually offers a surprisingly green view amd philosophical view—quite rare in Hong Kong—with a very nice outlook toward the hillside residences.
At check-in, one staff member initially requested that I upgrade to a larger room with an additional charge, citing Hong Kong policy. However, another staff member was much more accommodating and allowed us to remain in our original room, which was appreciated.
The room itself was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower facilities were in good condition. The bathroom is fully separated with a non-transparent solid wall—unlike many Hong Kong hotels that use semi-transparent glass partitions where the toilet area can be partially visible from the room.
Wi-Fi was functional, although access to certain websites (such as ChatGPT and Claude) required a VPN. Using personal roaming data was a more cost-effective option compared to purchasing a local SIM card.
Transport links are excellent. The hotel is about 20 meters from a tram stop, and a bus stop (including Bus 15 to The Peak) is roughly 100 meters away, located in front of a primary school. Taxis are easy to get, especially via Uber, and the hotel also provides a shuttle bus service. It is also within walking distance to Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, and QRE Plaza.
Overall, a solid choice for location and convenience, with generally comfortable accommodations.

Overall, my stay was quite good. The biggest flaw in the entire room was the bathroom not having a wet/dry separation! When showering, water consistently overflowed throughout the entire bathroom and even seeped onto the room's floor, making it slippery. This led to me slipping and falling during my shower, injuring my knees and arms. The subsequent handling of the incident showcased the hotel's inconsistent service quality.
Initially, I spoke with Manager Wu for a resolution. Not only did she fail to help me, but she also told me that if I went to the hospital for a check-up and requested a refund, they would not assist me with a room change. Her way of handling the issue was truly disheartening. What I wanted was for the wet/dry separation problem to be resolved, because the core issue isn't about a refund, but about my safety. If it's not addressed and I slip again, leading to a secondary injury, the situation would be far more serious.
Later, Manager Guo took over. After understanding my situation, he immediately upgraded our room to one with a wet/dry separated bathroom and arranged for staff to help move my luggage to the new room. His service attitude is highly commendable. Furthermore, the service attitudes of the hotel's front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff are also commendable. Especially Coco, upon learning about my old knee injury and fear of slipping, helped clean the bathroom floor and provided me with towels. Because my son is a DSE candidate this year, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to help him with his exams, including providing daily breakfast takeaways and a travel adapter at the restaurant.
Overall, the service attitude is praiseworthy, but I hope the hotel strengthens its service attitude training for all staff to ensure everyone provides a high standard of service to guests. Moreover, I hope the hotel can promptly address the issue of non-separated wet/dry bathrooms to ensure guests' safety and experience during their stay.

A really nice hotel for a budget, rooms are clean and spacious with strong WiFi and an amazing rainfall shower. It’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station but there is a free shuttle bus from the lobby every half an hour!
