Extended my stay at this hotel as the service was really wonderful from almost every single staff within the hotel especially the team of Grace, Cathy & Elvis at the Residence Club Lounge who were exceptionally hospitable and service oriented. They met my expectations of how a 5 star service should be. Room was newly renovated and quite nice. Wish I was given the room that overlooks the harbour instead. Food at the Residence Lounge was of a high quality and highly recommended. Breakfast was pretty good except that after staying for 4 nights, eating almost the same things can become a little monotonous. Also want to mention the nice birthday cake given which was not at all tiny like those given by some hotels. Overall, a really wonderful hotel. Looking forward to going back again.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

We stayed in the Executive Seaview Suite which was a very spacious room with separate living room, dining table and bedroom. There’s also a separate powder cum toilet and the bedroom walk-in wardrobe and toilet was so big with separate bathtub and shower room. Very well designed for family. The suite comes to club access. My family would like to specially thank Chris Chan and Inez Cheng for their very attentive and welcoming hospitality. Especially thank to Chris as she remembers my favourite choice of drink. We felt so at home.

Kowloon Shangri-La was one of the hotel that my family had stayed during our HK trip back in July 2023. The room was really spacious and all staffs were extremely courteous and professional! Location is really convenient as it is located right next to the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the station is connected to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and other attractions via underground tunnel. The lobby is grand and spacious (much larger than other 5-star hotels in HK) and this is how a 5-star lobby should be! The one thing that would make our stay even better would be having USB charging ports inside the room as our family had a lot of devices that needed charging at the end of each day, but it isn’t a deal breaker as our stay was really comfortable and we love our room. Will definitely return to stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La next time when we travel HK again!

The location of the hotel within walking distance of Wan Chai MTR and Exhibition Centre MTR was very convenient for my wife and I to go to the different places that we need to go. Also the Star Ferry pier was within walking distance.[ The lady cleaner for the room was very courteous. There was a couple of days that we experienced some erratic problem with the tv sound system when viewing the the Jade channel. But this was quickly taken care of when we informed the cleaner.

Location is very good, near to many attractions, if you are ok to walk, it is 'walking distance' to Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR and also the ferry Harbour. As we checked in late, the room we booked is no longer available so we had to upgrade to a larger suite with a king size bed. Room is very spacious considering that it's HK... So the stay was comfortable.

It’s about 5-7 mins away from TST station, need to walk and cross a few street but overall still recommended for the price point, cleanliness and nearby have a lot of food! I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. The starting point of the competition is right downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is only one step away from Victoria Avenue of Stars, Harbor City Shopping Mall and the subway station. This location, this price, the room is very nice. My aunt kept the house clean and I was quite satisfied with my stay. If I have the opportunity to run a marathon again in the future, I will choose Huatai Hotel. It is relatively clean upon check-in. However, room service does not clean the room at all. They only provide a change of towels, bottles of water, and tissues daily. No change of bedsheets either. May be a suitable option for solo travelers who are not fussy but not so much for couples. However, the location is excellent as it is right next to TST MTR and bus stops.

Thank you Kung Fu Hostels for accommodating my friend and I last minute. The location is perfect. Room was nice and clean. However I would say that there is a scary ambiance outside the hostel. To all women travels this would not be the first choice.
