We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

The location of the hotel within walking distance of Wan Chai MTR and Exhibition Centre MTR was very convenient for my wife and I to go to the different places that we need to go. Also the Star Ferry pier was within walking distance.[ The lady cleaner for the room was very courteous. There was a couple of days that we experienced some erratic problem with the tv sound system when viewing the the Jade channel. But this was quickly taken care of when we informed the cleaner.

It doesn’t have enough space to move around when you have your suitcase opened on the floor. The bathroom doesn’t have a bath tub.

Positioned on Minden Avenue, a mere 3-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station's D1 exit (approximately 280 meters), the convenience of reaching various destinations in the city adds to the overall positive experience. During my two-night stay, I took advantage of various discount coupons from Agoda, resulting in a total cost of 8,400 baht. Breaking it down, the average nightly rate comes to about 4,200 baht, excluding breakfast. It's worth noting that prices may vary based on the time of stay and the prevailing tourist season. My visit took place at the end of February 2019. Now, turning our attention to the hotel itself, please pardon the modest size of the review's accompanying pictures, as they were not originally intended for this purpose. It is relatively clean upon check-in. However, room service does not clean the room at all. They only provide a change of towels, bottles of water, and tissues daily. No change of bedsheets either. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

I booked a double room with a window, a separate bathroom, and two beds. The first day was all wrong, there was no window, just a public toilet, or a bunk bed. I changed a room with me the next day, and there was a small window, and there were a few small cockroaches in the room. I was not satisfied.
