We were given a room without a window and much less than the promised 11 square meters. In response to our request to change the number, the staff invited a man who introduced himself as the owner. It’s just nothing for Hong Kong. Maybe you wanted another room with a pool?” and stuff like that. In general, then there were offers to pay extra, and then suddenly the question arose about the deposit, which was also not in the description. We were not ready to pay extra, but they also refused to return the money to us. In the end, he simply loaded our suitcases into the elevator, not allowing us to wait for the police. They never returned the money for our room, although when it came up that my sister had already gone to get the police, the “owner” said that he promised to return the money.... The room is small and the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is still comfortable. The location is great, facing the subway, and just a few meters from several tourist attractions, such as the art museum and the avenue of stars. The service is not so formal/professional but they were very attentive and friendly.
