The Regent is the only hotel I'll stay at whenever I visit Hong Kong—it holds a very special place in my heart, as my child and I spend every Mid-Autumn Festival here. The ambiance is wonderful, and the rooms are spotlessly clean; we were especially pleased with the Victoria Harbour view room. Breakfast was a lavish spread, and I loved enjoying it while gazing out at the harbor. The location is a huge plus, making shopping super convenient, and the doormen/concierge provided exceptional service. Can't wait for our next visit! 👋🏻

The location is superb, allowing our family to escape the crowds during the National Day holiday and enjoy a unique experience.

Everything was great, amenities could’ve been a little better such as the pool… staff were all very helpful and the room was great, I do plan to revisit them.

Hesitating about visiting Hong Kong during the National Day holiday due to the crowds, choosing this hotel greatly alleviated the travel fatigue. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Victoria Harbour. This short trip to Hong Kong saved a lot of time.

I tried the 38 sqm Victoria Harbour View room, which felt very cramped with little space to move around. There wasn't even enough room for two suitcases by the wardrobe at the entrance. The shower room door couldn't be closed, and the water pressure was quite low. Perhaps the view from the window is all that really justifies the price. The service was excellent; housekeeping cleaned the room several times a day and it was always spotless. All the hotel staff were very friendly. Additionally, I strongly recommend that such a fine hotel as REGENT HONG KONG should be equipped with smart toilets.

The room was great, on the 11th floor, and the view was beautiful. A big thank you to Sancy at the front desk for her warm arrangement. I actually misunderstood her at first; she had originally arranged a room on the 6th floor for me, but I had read reviews saying that lower floors had obstructed views, so I insisted on a room above the 10th floor. Later, I realized that the view from the 6th-floor room was actually better than the 11th floor, as it was closer and the sea view felt more real. The service at REGENT HONG KONG was also excellent, I couldn't find any fault. I was just a bit puzzled by the small bathtub, but since I didn't try it, I won't jump to conclusions.

Came to Hong Kong for the National Day fireworks and chose the Regent Club Harbour View Suite this time. It met my expectations and I was very satisfied. It had a perfect, unobstructed view of the fireworks from all angles. Watching the crowded Avenue of Stars below, I felt even more certain it was the right choice. Also, the hotel's dining was excellent. I dined at Lai Ching Heen, and both the quality and service were great. From my personal perspective, the only slight drawback was the lack of butler service. In mainland China, I'm used to butlers contacting me via WeChat in advance for any needs, as I haven't used a phone to call the front desk in ages, haha. Overall, I'm still very satisfied and would choose to stay at REGENT HONG KONG again if I have the chance.

I stayed at the Regent Hong Kong for two nights and it was a perfect experience! ✨ The location is superb, directly facing Victoria Harbour. We had stunning sea views during the day and a perfect vantage point for the Symphony of Lights at night. The room felt luxurious, with excellent soundproofing and comfortable bedding. The service was meticulous and attentive; room supplies were replenished promptly, and the concierge was very responsive. For a city where space is at a premium like Hong Kong, the room size was a pleasant surprise. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring Tsim Sha Tsui and the Avenue of Stars. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

The beautiful room view is the only good thing about this hotel. The air conditioning smelled foul; if I set it above 22 degrees, the stench from the water was so strong it was impossible to sleep. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; the sound of ships passing at night would wake you up, and you could hear people talking in the hallway crystal clear, with no privacy whatsoever. The hotel made a bad impression from the very beginning. When I arrived at 3 PM for check-in, they said there were no rooms available and I had to wait. They offered no compensation like a room upgrade, not even an apology. I paid for a 3 PM check-in, which is the most basic understanding in all hotels. It was only after I complained to the Black Diamond customer service that they immediately arranged a room. The next day, while I was staying, the hot water for showering suddenly stopped, and it took 20 minutes for it to come back. I never write bad reviews for hotels, but this is the first time I've been this angry. It's a very bad hotel, the worst I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration. I do not recommend it! I will never visit again.

Firstly, the location is excellent with unbeatable views of Victoria Harbour. Secondly, the service was great; when I checked out, the front desk staff even noticed I was an InterContinental member and gave me a gift. The hygiene was also very good. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The food at Regent Club is actually very delicious; I especially love their dim sum.

The room was spacious enough for two, and the river view was absolutely stunning. The customer service was very attentive, promptly refilling drinks and coffee. Even my charging cable was neatly tied up by the staff. The service at the Chinese restaurant was excellent, though the taste of the dishes could be improved.

The hotel's ambiance is very pleasant, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Its location is also ideal for couples, offering a particularly romantic experience enjoying a glass of wine in front of Victoria Harbour at night.

Attending Alan Tam's concert, booked REGENT HONG KONG! The hotel has an excellent location, right next to Victoria Harbour. Our room was upgraded, and the views were absolutely stunning! It's one of the best hotels in Hong Kong, hands down. 👍

Finally got to experience the Victoria Harbour King Room at REGENT HONG KONG, and that window alone was worth it. The view is incredibly beautiful, and the service at REGENT HONG KONG was also excellent. They even gave a small gift, which was a very nice touch. Highly, highly recommend.
