Good location as easy access to everywhere in hk. generally clean, in room self laundry is a plus. wifi is stable

The location is great. We share the front desk service of Ruijing Hotel, but the attitude is very bad. Only the male security guard at the Parkview Gate has good service. The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust when I checked in. I had to clean it myself before I could move in. Cleaning service is provided once a week, but every time it is cleaned, it is dirtier than without cleaning, and the floor is full of shoe prints. The pillows are very smelly. I don't know how many guests have used them but haven't washed them yet. It's so disgusting.

The service attitude is really good and the environment is comfortable. But the toilet feels like a kindergarten toilet.

The location is very convenient and the room is quite clean. G/F The reception staff were very friendly. We live on the middle floor because there is a bar below, so it will be noisy at night!
