Locate at center of the busiest shopping area, there are plenty of eateries around - little pricer than Mongkok but a great selection. The ground floor is full of Indian food, small shops and not to be intimated with the crowded surroundings. The elevator is always busy and there is a long queue. Small rooms are standard in the city, this is one of the better operator in the building.

The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is at the city center, near the scenic spots(e.g.Clock Tower, harbor, promenade, Kowloon Park,Avenue of the Stars,cultural museum, etc.). However, the rooms were not properly cleaned, the hair drier in two of the rooms I booked was not working, so we had to go to another room l booked to dry our hair, and it seems that they forgot to refill the shampoo and soap in one room. Also, I booked three triple beds rooms but they provided us with three rooms having two double beds, not three single beds.

The location was good in terms of easily accessing food and tourist sights. The attendants tried to be as helpful as possible. The only issue i had was that the hairdryer was not working. It was easy to exchange money downstairs as well. The rooms was very small but you get what you pay for. I didn't want anything fancy except for a good location.

They took us in after another guesthouse scammed us and cancelled our booking. The rooms were well maintained though small as to be expected in guesthouses in the chungking mansion. They also tried their best to accomodate our group though on a very short notice.

There was a problem with air conditioner remote. I can't sleep all night. I told them to solve my problem, they didn't help me.
