What can I say I appreciate a safe place to sleep for the night, the roll of toilet paper and the awesome Indian food downstairs, but I was locked out of the main hall and there's no 24hr service and I had to knock on the door for a long time until someone woke up and opened it for me. The cleanliness and odor situation was not great to be perfectly honest but I am grateful for the accommodations, I understand Hong Kong is not cheap or easy.

The room especially the bathroom is not so clean.

If you are just looking for the cheapest price and most convenient hotel in HK, Chungking Mansion in TST is a good deal. They have a lot of rooms for solo and group travelers. A not so clean ambience but surely you can still have a good rest after your whole day tour.

I booked 3 single beds , but they just offered us 2 beds. 🥹

The cheapest place you will find in Hong kong at the moment. Hong kong hotels are notoriously expensive. You get what you pay for here but it's fine for one or two nights. Chungking is one of my favourite places to stay because on the ground floor there are some great Indian restaurants and cheaper places to eat. Good base to wander around and see the sites and close to the MTR to get further afield.

Terrible hotel, does not accept booking The room I reserved, the room I reserved through Thip.com, let me sleep in a dirty leftover room. The room was next to a smoking area. Couldn't sleep at all for one night because the smell of cigarettes entered the bedroom and the mattress and pillows hadn't been washed. Hair was falling out and the blanket was stained with chewing gum. It indicates that the cleaning is not done, it is lousy, very disgusting, and there is no responsibility. Then I had to sleep because I was very tired. Then there's no time to find a new place. The worst

The accommodation is good. In terms of the floor, there is accommodation. Suitable for the price I'm most impressed by the people who take care of me.

Hotel run by Indians. Because I have stayed in other hotels in Chungking Mansions before. This one is okay. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is a bit small & sometimes it takes a long time to get up and down the elevator

The only plus is the location! Everything else doesn't even deserve attention! To go up to the floors you need to wait a lot of time in line for the elevator, or go on foot to the 8th floor((((. The room is just a small cage - it’s impossible to turn around! There are no amenities. Upon arrival in the room the refrigerator did not work, I had to do it several times go to the boss so that he would call a technician to replace the faulty refrigerator with another working one. Once in 3 days they did a small cleaning with replacement of towels. There are a lot of people in the building itself, and in general, like everywhere else in Hong Kong.

The place is near the bus stop. Easy to travel, comfortable. The room is on the top floor. There are quite a few elevator problems compared to other hotels. The room is quite dirty, think that the blanket has never been washed. The room is quite small, really, three people can stay, but if having luggage, it may be a bit difficult to organize.

Ctrip is really a scam. Once you make a reservation, you can’t cancel it immediately. People around you advise you not to use Ctrip. This time, you are really screwed.
