It was a six-person dorm with bunk beds, but there were only three of us actually staying there. The bathroom and toilet were outside, and the space was quite large. For the price, it was decent, aside from the lack of Wi-Fi and the loud air conditioning at night. The room provided phone charging and a small fridge. My roommates had irregular schedules; they might come back with late-night snacks and turn on the lights, but honestly, it was manageable.

"+": - good location, center of the city - small room 5-7 m2, but have hot water, can stay 2people, fan, AC, toilet paper, water machine in the hall - wi-fi - price in the center really nice "-": -stay only 1-3 days and if you always outside - small rooms

The room was almost perfect, clean and all amenities and service were very very good. I probably book it again next time but only one thing is i saw twice baby cockroaches in the room.

Everything was perfect at the hotel and I enjoyed my stay having a good time. I’d definitely love to try it again

Hands down, the best place to stay in Hong Kong. Stayed at this hostel for over two weeks, in a couple of different rooms, and I was consistently impressed by how well the entire establishment is maintained. The overall upkeep and cleanliness are truly top-notch! I was there even during a very busy Chinese holiday, and the entire staff was exceptional—managing the rush with efficiency and a helpful attitude. A special mention must go to Sheri at the reception. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable; if you need assistance, she is the person to see. She has a wonderful talent for streamlining your stay and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I must add that my name is difficult for most to pronounce and despite the number of quests accomondated through the hostel she made sure to pronounce it correctly and remembered my name.  A true highlight of her remarkable and impeccable service! The staff also deserves praise for being just as helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with room checks or directions, no matter the hour! The rooms are well-equipped and spotless. I’ve included some pictures that show the overall cleanliness. My room came with two comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, a fridge, and all the necessary toiletries - a fantastic experience overall!

It was a bit hard to find, but overall it was good.

The staff was very nice. I got a free upgrade to a family room. It's in a great location to do dinner shopping.

The services are average as it’s not real German it’s Indian so imagine cleanness.

Attention: Bed bugs, cockroaches !!! Avoid this property, or any other in the same building, named like Swiss hostel, Canadian hostel, Manila hostel, etc. All are handled by the same people. Very dirty building. Pukish feeling. Location is good. Bathroom is soo small that you have to sit on the toilet to take a bath. Cleanliness is terrible. The bed sheets and pillow covers were smelling and sticky. The reception staff were like they don’t care and rude. They tried to scam by asking for $300 service fee, but my invoice showed that it’s already included, hence they couldn’t. Please check you invoice properly and don’t pay the service fee unnecessarily. The building itself very dirty. Do not use the shower gel and shampoo given by them, you will thank me later. Ps: avoid this property at any cost. Pay slightly higher and get a better place even slightly far from downtown HK. You won’t enjoy your stay here, I checked out 2 days in advance since I couldn’t stay there anymore.

Place was so dirty and uncomfortable. Saw a rat on my way to the room, found two cockroaches inside the room aswell. There was plenty of noise during the night coming from the hallways. Never coming here again.
