The Emperor Hotel

This is the worse place I ever stayed at, the view was the only good think about it. I was treated badly by housekeeping and management, I was rushed off the phone by the front desk after asking a simple question. The carpet were stained badly, the curtains had mold, furniture were used to hide stains, and I had specially requested not to be placed by the elevator and was anyway . I would like to also mentioned that I was placed by the housekeeping closet. Stains on the bed, stains on the bathroom door handles etc. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. This Hotel doesn’t have a lot of seats to sit down in the lobby so be prepared stand if you’re waiting to be checked in. Come early for the breakfast buffet because the Cafe will stop making after an hour and then it becomes first come first serve. The Food was disappointing The hallways are carpet, so it will be hard for you to roll your luggage.

Really nice and new hotel. Comfy bed nice cosmetic in bathroom. Beautiful view ( 20 floor)

Great location, everything worked smooth. Room was spacious and clean, had a great view.
