The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The rooftop outdoor pool offers spectacular views, and the 24-hour gym is fully equipped. William and Clare, the staff members, were very friendly. The hotel's social hour had a relaxed atmosphere, and the Victoria Harbour sea-view bar provided excellent views. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's particularly new. Mike and Shirley, who checked me in, were very enthusiastic. The room's interior has great design details, making the overall stay very comfortable. Breakfast was quite rich, with excellent pastries, and the gym offered a great view with new facilities.

I always stay at Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG simply because it's such a comfortable and hassle-free experience. This time, Lily at the front desk was just as warm and professional as ever, making check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Rachel, our butler—she took the initiative to connect on WeChat, so I could just message her directly whenever I needed anything instead of heading down to the front desk, which made things so much more convenient. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

It's great to have such a spacious room in a place where every inch of land is precious like Hong Kong, and with a 1.35-meter bed, two people can sleep comfortably! The pool is on the 50th floor, facing Victoria Harbour, and the staff's attitude is excellent; they brought water as soon as I lay down!

This hotel was absolutely terrible! There was a very strong sewage smell in the room. I didn't notice it much when I first checked in, but in the middle of the night, I woke up to the stench and couldn't fall back asleep. After complaining to the hotel, they moved me to another room, but I was so agitated that I couldn't sleep anyway! When I woke up, I discovered the new room was even worse in terms of cleanliness. There was a lot of hair on the shower floor, even though I hadn't even used it yet. I have no idea how the hotel cleans its rooms; it's truly speechless! I will never stay at Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG again, and I hope the hotel improves its hygiene conditions so that future guests don't have such a terrible experience!

This was a pretty great experience. Vincent at the front desk was professional and enthusiastic. We chatted a bit during check-in, and it was a very pleasant interaction. The hotel facilities are excellent; the bar on the 50th floor offers an amazing view, and going up for a drink in the evening creates a fantastic atmosphere. We also caught the social hour at 5 PM, with complimentary drinks and snacks. Enjoying a drink while watching the sunset was incredibly relaxing. I especially want to commend Rachel; she was attentive throughout. Adding her on WeChat made communication super convenient, and she was always quick to resolve any issues.
