The room size was quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, and the front desk service was excellent; they even helped us pick a quieter side. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a walk to the MTR and bus stops. Other than that, everything else was good.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to shopping districts while maintaining a serene and elegant internal environment. The landscape garden design is meticulously crafted, and the lobby and corridors are exquisitely decorated. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning city views. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is attentive and meticulous. To find such a comfortable living environment in space-constrained Hong Kong at such a good price makes it highly recommendable.

Downstairs, there are tons of local tea restaurants and snack shops, making it super convenient for meals and late-night eats. Getting to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour by MTR is quick, and taxis are easy to hail. It's stress-free for both shopping and getting around. It's also not far from West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, which is very convenient for travel to and from mainland China. 👩💼 Front Desk Service The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient, communication was smooth, and they patiently answered any questions I had. As a chain brand, the service standards are consistent, and the 24-hour front desk gave me peace of mind. 🛏️ Room Experience For Hong Kong, the room space is decent. It was clean and tidy overall, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Cleaning was thorough, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing on the higher floors was pretty good, blocking out the street noise so I could get a good rest. The facilities were complete, and the overall style is the typical simple and practical Holiday Inn Express look – no frills, but very comfortable to stay in. Overall, if you prioritize convenient transportation and a reliable brand, you can choose this hotel. It's perfect for exploring and dining in Mongkok, and I'll definitely consider it again for my next trip to Hong Kong.

The room is tiny, and the bed is even weirder! The service is awful; they don't resolve issues. Not suitable for mainlanders! My hotel experience in Hong Kong was extremely bad!!!

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's incredibly close to both the bus and MTR stations, making getting around super convenient. The area is surrounded by shopping, with Sa Sa, Lung Fung, and Mannings all within walking distance. And getting to Disneyland is just a short MTR ride away. Next, the hotel's service attitude is truly impeccable. All the front desk staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, always happy to help. The breakfast staff are equally friendly and polite. Finally, regarding cleanliness, it's spotless and tidy. There's a drinking water dispenser on every floor, which is very convenient and practical. If I go to Hong Kong again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

The location is excellent, very close to the MTR station, Yau Ma Tei Police Station, and Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market. There are also many bus routes nearby! For breakfast, there are four options to choose from. The only downside is that the air circulation in the room isn't great.
