Great location, very close to Kennedy Town MTR station. The room is spacious and offers a sea view. However, the soundproofing isn't great, and there's some fan noise at night.

No slippers, no toothbrush – really poor experience. The 'sea view' was just a narrow strip. Won't be booking again. They even asked for a 500 deposit, luckily I remembered to get it back. The seafood shops along the way in Sai Ying Pun were worth a look though.

I like the room very clean and towels as well. Good location, very closed to seashore. Although the room small, but my luggage can put under the bed to increase more room spaces. Very strong water pressure, it is some water come out on the floor after bathing, due to a part of seal come out. I think it will be fixed, and the towels bar on the door required to fix as well.

This is our second stay here, a two-bedroom, one-living-room suite on the top floor, perfect for families with children. The location is convenient, just 200 meters from Kennedy Town MTR station. The view is nice, with a partial sea view. However, the hotel feels a little dated, and the air conditioning unit is a bit noisy at night. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good.

Decent motel for a short stay. The room was tidy, towels were clean, and the bathroom had hot water. Staff were polite but not overly chatty. Easy access to the main road and a 24-hour convenience store nearby.

The room was great in every aspect! It was recommended by a local friend in Hong Kong, so it offered excellent value for money.

Spacious for 'hongkong hotel', we had good view, clean enough and the location was superb (only 5 min from kenned town mtr)

The hotel was incredibly noisy, I couldn't get any sleep at all. It was so loud, the front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. I felt like I was trying to sleep in my kitchen with the range hood on! Absolutely dreadful.

This is the 2nd time staying in the hotel for short trips to HK. Hotel is convenient and clean. Thanks for having me.

Ocean view room is nice , but moldy in bathroom doors and towels dirty and smelly. No toothpaste and brushes. Is ok but only at a discount price. .

The staff had no respect towards clients. Speaking in very rude tones. Giving no hospitality manner comfort. Thing provided are not mentioned clearly in app. Although the rooms are very well maintained and the view is great from the top floor. The manner need to change in the tone of speaking with clients.

Right across from us is the famous San Hing Restaurant, and it's super convenient to get to the MTR and bus stops.

The room was very clean and the facilities were quite new.
